I was really not sure what to expect regarding the buying process, but Jose Alonso made it easy. He is fantastic! He was very attentive but not overly aggressive or salesman like. Jose is responsive, professional, caring, smart, and patient. Every home we viewed I had to take my two year old son with me, that was probably the most stressful time considering my son is in his terrible twos. But Jose was so good with my son, he made the whole process seem so comfortable. I love that he did not treat us like a sales transaction. I asked him to show me several homes and he always showed up on time. His schedule was very flexible and always answered any calls or email in a timely manner.

He was able to recommend contractors for little projects and has kept in touch after the sale to make sure everything is going well. That says a lot about the kind of person he is -- he's about finding the right fit for the buyer, not just making a sale and moving on.
