Are the food too fast but the drunken noodles were incredible! Skip the cheese wontons (they were pretty good) but the egg rolls are a MUST!

So yummy love this place. Great food that will make you feel good. Go here when you're having a bad day and you will feel better in your sole!

We just got takeout and I can't comment on physical restaurant.

Indulging in a delightful Thai culinary journey with impeccable service and a captivating ambiance made our dining experience truly unforgettable!

We kicked off our meal with the tantalizing Thai Fried Shrimp, accompanied by a house-made sriracha aioli, and the Crab Cheese Wontons, both of which left our taste buds tingling with delight.

For our main course, we savored the aromatic Thai Basil with Shrimp and my personal favorite, the Tofu Pad Woon Sen. The balance of heat and flavor in every dish was simply sublime.

From start to finish, every aspect of our dining experience was impeccable. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an exceptional Thai dining experience.

Kinda disappointed with my takeout. Was excited to try the drunken noodles based off the reviews, and the flavor was great! Truly delicious sauce and flavor.

One order had veggies that were all raw and the shrimp were undercooked. Which was honestly disappointing considering it was such an up charge for the shrimp.

The kobe beef drunken noodles was AMAZING. We added tofu as well and it was really great. The veggies were cooked well, the meat and tofu nicely charred. Really great. Just makes me a little more disappointed in my own order lol.

Overall would definitely try again, even if disappointing for one of us!

I ordered delivery and it arrived promptly, still hot. Good flavor and noodle texture is just right. Generous portion including the protein (chicken), I actually couldn't finish!
My only complaint is they did not include utensils.

Alloy's food is good! I've had one thing I didn't much like but I don't blame the restaurant as much as it's not my preference. Well, maybe I blame them a little bit because how it's described and expectations based on that. It's like a chicken noodle soup, or something, so I expect savory soup. But it's sweet. Ick. I'll never get that again. And if it's sweet/different just call it something else or describe it as such so I know it's not something I should order.

Everything else I've had has been great. The Tom Yum/Kha are excellent.

They have a lot of issues here, though. They need to get organized and train properly and update their damn menu! They don't even give you paper menus at all, so it's even easier to keep a digital menu updated! Just do it, people! As I mentioned above with the soup. Also with ingredients. They don't mention bell peppers in the food then the food comes with 50% bell peppers. I don't like cooked bell peppers very much so I need to know so that I can ask for a substitution or more of the other veggies.

Another issue, the specials. They have lunch specials with different drink option and food combos. They NEVER get my check right. It's damn frustrating I have to tell them every single time to correct the bill. One time the person said I had to wait for the manager that wasn't even there. Y'all... #1 get the pricing right, #2 your promoting this everyday outside on your sign so get it right, #3 knowing this is a recurring issue find a solution #4 don't then leave staff disempowered if you don't have a manager there always. Like how are you a business and can't figure this out?

Service. Man... is is SSSLLLOOOOWWWW. What is going on here. I've seen people frustrated trying to get food, their bill, whatever. I have even found myself defending Alloy with other customers! You all have got to be losing business over this. Like I've seen people's reactions and even spoken to some while I was there. Service is friendly, but it's not prompt. Please figure it out or get more staff or pay them more or train them or whatever you need. You are hurting your business.
      And the food is good!

I'd been here once or twice before and found it to be ok -- but decided to give it another shot with Restaurant Week this year. I wouldn't come back. MAYBE I'd order takeout, but $20-25 Thai entrees are a bit pricy amid others in their category. And amid "upscale" Thai spots, Daughter Thai is way better.

      Restaurant Week
I normally don't judge a place by their RW performance, because I think RW is tough for restaurants. However... a choice of 3 items from the RW menu often added up to LESS than the $55 RW pre-fixe price tag -- making it cheaper to order a la carte (if you were smart enough to do the math). The restaurant COULD have chosen to put their RW menu up at $35 or $45 and done "add-on" pricing for pricier items... instead of making what looks like a deal actually not be one. Just disingenuous on their end I think.

      Food
The most disappointing $12.50 appetizer I've ever had. This shrimp lettuce wrap just LOOKED sad. You could barely spot the 3 shrimp hiding among the tasteless greenery. Oh, and the shrimp had their tails on! Hidden INSIDE the pre-made lettuce wraps. Super fun biting down on those. Our entrees were pretty tasty and a generous portion -- I will give them that. However, my 4-out-of-5 spice level order was definitely not spicy.

      Atmosphere
This place isn't as nice as the one in Boulder, but definitely nicer than just a takeout spot vibe. Unfortunately, we were seated right under the AC -- and I was shivering even with my jacket on.

      Service
It was fine. Once our server realized we weren't doing the full restaurant week menu though, I think she was disappointed? Or I don't know what. When we asked to pack the 2nd half of our entrees to go -- she didn't even ask if we wanted dessert or a 2nd round for our empty drinks -- just brought the bill.

Really good food and service. I went with 2 fruits and we tried 3 dishes. All great and exactly what I would expect of an American Thai restaurant. Good flavors and quality. Also, for dinner time, prices are normal, so no complaints there.
Spice also on point. My dish was chicken dunked noodles with 4/5 spice level and was delicious. I might not recommend spice 4 if you're not used to it, but if you do like spice, yes, absolutely.

It has been coooooold cold in Denver so we have just been hitting up every place with soup, pho, ramen, curry, you name it. We wanted a hot bowl of something last week and were in the neighborhood of Aloy. Got seated right away - people were inside but it was not packed on a Friday.

Our server was friendly and prompt. I opted for a green curry which is always a solid choice. The food was plated in a very pretty way with flowers on top. The curry was really delicious and hot, with plenty of pork and veggies. It came with purple rice which always jazzes up the meal. My husband ordered the kao soi with bison (!) which also came with fried egg noodles on top. Big serving - he definitely brought half of it home. His broth was too coconutty for me, but he enjoyed it.

Really delicious meal altogether and the ambience here is nice (and warm!) Would definitely come back and bring friends.

green curry - so good (and pretty!)

This is my favorite Thai food place in Denver! Pad thai is my go to and I can firmly say they have one of the bests. You get a big portion for couple of days. It is a bit more expensive but if you order through their website I believe they do a little discount. If you choose to pick up it is quick and can park in front while putting your lights on to pick up (quick and easy). If you choose to go in the ambiance is great, it is usually full so I recommend making a reservation.

Their drunken muddles are really good too!

Excellent casual Thai restaurant. I had the Duck Wontons as an app and they were great. I ordered the Siracha Noodles for dinner. They will ask you what spice level you would like which I think it a great touch. I ordered 4/5 because I like spicy. The noodles were great, and spicy just how I like. The serving size was huge and I was able to take at least half home for lunch the next day. My friend ordered the Chicken Satay and Crab Cheese Rangoons and enjoyed them both. She said the satay was the best she has had.

I will definitely go back when I visit Denver again.
