Alpaca Moving

We used Alpaca moving a couple weeks ago for a uhaul truck unload. We had a miserable experience in CA with the uhaul loading company the day before, so I was very pleasantly impressed with our experience with Alpaca. They showed up on time which was fluid as we were driving back from CA. Patrick was extremely responsive and easy to work when I'd send updates on our arrival. He brought Mason and Colby with him. All three of these guys were amazing! They listened when we asked them to put things in specific rooms and worked with a smile and friendliness that was refreshing. They put our beds/frames together as promised, un-shrinkwrapped everything, and made sure we were happy before they left. They even helped us move the truck at the very end!

I can't even thank them enough for a very pleasant unpacking experience. They will forever be my first call anytime I need a mover!

If you are looking for a professional moving company call Overall Moving, they came to assist in unloading a truck when the Alpaca Moving team was unable to unload heavy Restoration Hardware furniture. Alpaca was totally unprepared for the task at hand.

The owner of Alpaca, Patrick, was totally unprofessional, sending me several text messages blaming us for his teams poor performance and demeanor.

Lesson learned you get what you pay for, cheaper is not always better!!!

Patrick and everyone we dealt with at Alpaca moving were refreshingly upfront and honest regarding every aspect of our cross country move. We were informed at the very start what the move would cost and how the charges were determined. Patrick did not upcharge for anything once he provided the initial quote. Another local company wanted to weigh everything that may have differed from the original quote and naturally we didn't know the weight of everything so there was no way to know what a truly accurate cost would have been. You will not be disappointed if you chose Alpaca for your move!

I needed help quick (last minute) moving a refrigerator. Called a few local companies, they were busy already booked up with bigger jobs. One referred me to Patrick. I was quick to call and needed same day service. So happy to have made contact, got my project flawlessly completed. Couldn't ask for better service, timing and professionalism. He was on it!!

Reached out to this company as a referral and the gentleman was very unprofessional and disrespectful to us and didn't want our business for a 4 hour loading job. Not sure what we did wrong bit want everyone to know to be careful. If this gets flagged and removed then we will gladly post screenshots of whoever texts from the number ending in 8888. Your choice

Patrick fit us in at the last minute and got our move done in record time. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely tell everyone I know to use Alpaca Moving when the need arises.

Patrick and his helper were amazing today. My scheduled mover didn't show up and Patrick was at the UHaul picking up my 2 boxes within an hour of my call. He kept me informed during the entire process. They padded up the furniture and helped me get the correct locks for the boxes. Patrick went over and above when he purchased extra straps to ensure the furniture stayed in place during storage. They were both professional and responsive. I highly recommend them to pack/move. I will use them again.

Alpaca moved our furniture from Prescott Valley to Anthem. I would not hesitate to call them if we were to move again. Great team work. Reliable. Treated our furniture as if it was their own.

We had requested a quote from North American Van Lines and Alpaca Moving. We thought we would go with Van Lines but, when I contacted them, they said since they didn't hear back from us right away they booked someone else on our moving date. This was actually a blessing in disguise. We called Alpaca frantically and they said: "Sure, we can do it!" Alpaca was much less expensive but perhaps offered even higher quality service! Very professional, courteous, on time, I was beyond pleased!
