He treats his paid clients like his free clients.
Very, very, poorly.

If I could give this law office 0 stars I would. They are super unprofessional. Costed thousands of dollars for him to continuesly extended court out then when it came for a verdict he made us worse off the. We were before we paid them. Staff is super rude in person and on the phone. We paid thousands of dollars to not even be aloud to speak to our lawyer

I called here to get a consultation for legal matters I am having and the receptionist was beyond rude. I tried telling her the problem I was having to see if the lawyers could help me and she kept sighing loudly at me. At one point she told me to shut up because "it's pointless telling me all of this". I asked her if I could speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. When I called back no one answered. Really unprofessional. I was told this was a good law office but apparently they did a very bad job at hiring their front staff. Hopefully they correct this some day.

Peter Abbarno was our attorney. We wanted to file a simple workers comp claim and Mr Abbarno treated us extremely poorly. Understanding that we know very little about this kind of stuff, we finally decided to pay an attorney to look over our claim and help us navigate the situation. Mr Abbarno took a very long time to reply to many, many messages. When he finally got back to us, he admitted that he hadn't read anything about the case and needed more time. Then, about 2 weeks later, we called again to schedule a sit-down appointment, for which we offered to pay. Upon entering Mr Abbarno's office, he immediately started in on us about making false claims and the implications of such things. Not allowing that to insult us, we continued the conversation further and attempted to figure-out where we had gone wrong. Without any more clarity, Mr Abbarno told us that he refused to help us. We were already out a significant amount of money in fees. As we exited the office, we were informed that this last meeting was to cost us even more money. We paid and immediately took the file to another office. They helped us within one week. We were approved for our claim. What a joke. Thanks for nothing, Althauser Rayan Abbarno.
