Always Blooming Florist and Boutique

I was going through some medical issues and my sister from California decided to send me flowers. She called the shop directly and spoke to the owner who was kind and understanding. She was patient when my sister got emotional and told her "I got you on this". She made a beautiful arrangements and texted my sister pictures before delivering to make sure the arrangement met her expectations. Needless to say the arrangement exceeded my sister's expectations. I received these beautiful flowers arranged from the heart. Over the past few years my son sent me flowers from Always Blooming while he was deployed to Iraq and Korea. Always beautiful and always delivered with care and a smile. Thank you for doing a spectacular job.

If I could post a zero star I would. I've been a long standing customer to this florist ever since it opened. I've recommended multiple people to this shop for various occasions that require flowers. Recently I placed an order for my Father in laws funeral. I specifically went and picked out an arrangement and placed my order. Posted below is a picture of what I requested versus what I got delivered. They look nothing alike. I was highly disappointed with my arrangement. I called the shop and left a voicemail on Tuesday. I then called back and spoke to the person who designed the arrangement. She told me that she "tried" to call me about the arrangement but I don't have any missing calls from the shop the entire day. She then proceeded to tell me that she "knew I wouldn't like the arrangement, but she had to deliver something to the funeral home by 2pm for the viewing." I have been waiting for a call back from Martha since Tuesday. Unacceptable customer service! If they were unable to get the flowers to make the arrangement then they should have over compensated somewhere else in the arrangement, not make it look undervalued and tasteless. They have seriously gone under since loosing their talented designed back at the end of May 2023.

Every time I order flowers here, I am so pleased ... as are the recipients of the arrangements.

I've written reviews in the past and not a thing has changed -- the flowers are always fresh, and the arrangements are lovely. If you need something unusual or out of the ordinary, no problem.

I was looking for a florist that could do a same day delivery in the Pasadena area. I found Always Blooming and in my opinion they were excellent. It was already early afternoon when I decided to call them and they were able to get the flowers to my friend by that evening. When I called, I asked one of the ladies of what they had on the website was all they offered. She did explain that they could do a Designer's Choice (I believe that is the name). I told her my price range and that I wanted it colorful and Always Blooming did an excellent job. My friend loved them!

This place is a JOKE!!!!! Charged my husband $90 for 15 roses... that's it..JUST roses, no filler or anything in just a plain clear vase!! And that was with him picking them up.. so there was no delivery charge included in that, it was just for the roses... Oh.. I forgot.. they put the UGLIEST bright orange bow in it!! He specifically told them it was for our anniversary.. and you're going to put a bright orange bow?! Also, most of the tips of the roses were brown from dying. Seriously, shop somewhere else!!

First time I've used this florist as I became frustrated with another I was using in Pasadena. My sister said it was the best bouquet she ever got. Please note I called the florist and explained what I wanted which is always best especially if you don't live where they will be delivered. I will definitely use again.

My Sister lives in the area and I prefer to use local over anything else so I ventured onto the interwebs to see what I could see. I found Always Blooming, liked their arrangements and went ahead to order a birthday bouquet! I paid a pretty penny to ensure her arrangement was purple because her household loves the Ravens. All was well until I receive a text from my sister saying she received the arrangement about 1-2 weeks EARLY?! Not to mention that it was NOTHING like the picture. So why the 4 star review you ask? Well they reached out to me (I had a missed vm informing me that they were having issues with their provider and wanted to ensure I would approve their changes but since they could not reach me they went ahead and delivered so it would be "on time". However, they failed to note the date of delivery was WAY off, I called them back and told them what happened and the woman I spoke to was aghast she apologized profusely and immediately took ownership of the mistake. She promised to make it up to the Birthday girl with an extra special arrangement unless I preferred my money to be refunded. (Nice options!) I was so happy with the customer service that it was only seen as a small nuisance of the incorrect delivery. All in all, everyone makes mistakes but it is how things are handled afterwards that really show you peoples true colors. The solution was so easy and the conversation took but a few minutes - my sister was VERY surprised to receive a second LARGE delivery on her birthday that I could not care any less of the small mishap. I definitely recommend this florist if you are in the area. They are trustworthy and awesome business people!

Highly unprofessional. I read the reviews from other brides and thought, "how bad could it be!?" I booked my flowers and gave them my colors. Didn't find anything in the book I liked so I gave them a general idea of what I wanted. Do not ever do this. I learned a lesson. My color was dark purple and silver and we were getting married in August so they asked if I wanted some summery flowers, to which I responded, Sure! On my wedding day I did not see the bouquet until 5 pm, 1 hour prior to my wedding. I walk into my bridal suite and low and behold there is a lime green and hot pink bouquet. My mother in law was worried to even show it to me because she knew it stood out. They also put lime green carnations, the cheapest flower imaginable in my throw bouquet. I emailed Jennifer from Always Blooming and she stated that I came in at a busy time and my preferences weren't on my ticket that she had on file. None of that is my fault or problem. She could have scheduled a consult when she wasn't busy and she should have asked more questions and made better notes. She made no effort to make the situation right or to make me feel better. The responses from this owner is laughable. There is no justification for this. She has stated that I didn't spend time picking out what I wanted. That is not true. I saw what they had in their book and asked for a custom bouquet. I'd have paid more if they told me I needed to in order to have a quality bouquet but they didn't even bring up the price as an issue.

Purchased flowers here for my daughter's wedding. They were delivered and were very poor quality. They suggested peonies and promised they would be opened but all flowers were closed in bouquets. Buotineers were extremely small. Upon complaining the owner basically said too bad . Her floral designer hid in the back of shop and would not come out to speak with us. The owner is frequently out of country and let's the employee run the shop and doesn't stand behind her work.

Wish I could give no stars...Horrible business. I ordered flowers that were promised me to be opened when I walked down the aisle. When I arrived at my wedding venue my flowers were completely closed. As a bride I would never recommend this place. The owner is Indian and was out of the country for weeks when me and my mother were trying to get ahold of her. We were given no compensation for the unopened flowers and were only faced with some one who wanted to argue and hide behind her lawyer on speaker phone when we finally met with her. If there are any complaints about ur flowers make sure u call them while ur on ur way to ur honey moon cause they only give u 24 hrs . Overall this place is not meant for wedding flowers and possibly not even a wreath for ur dead grandmothers grave.
