This isn't the first time I'm using there service.
      The locksmith technician named juvani.
All the other locksmith company told us that it will take more than a hour to get here but juvani did the best he could and came after 24 minuets.
      Great service and great price

I would report this place to the police. They scammed me $824 in April 2024 for opening a dead-bold lock. The guy who came appears unkempt and can not even write a straight line when he writes his phone number so I can call him to arrange for another mega scam for placing the plate of the lock back on my doorlock.

So i call and I get a call back and im trying to simply change two rim cylinder locks, I have the key that opens the ones currently in and am just looking to replace them. I get quoted 65-105 per lock. So I assume ill pay the most , as usually is with this things and that sounds fine enough so I go with it.

The guy is supposed to meet me at 9. He dosnt show up, after waiting several minutes i call and he is 45 minutes behind and says I can just go with someone else if i needed it asap. I'm a patient person, so I wait and Im still ok with everything at this point. Then he gets there and bills me 105 for each of the 2 locks, (ok i agreed to this), 29 for a service call fee that wasnt mentioned before (ok this is reasonable) , 15x 2 for the lock installation (ok i guess its not part of the inflated lock price), and then another 65 for the lock installation on one of the locks because he had to spend 5 minutes removing a pushbar handle to put it in,this parts kind of stupid, is this not part of the installation fee? but whatever, i am easygoing and ill just pay it.

to preface this i should mention I sent a photo of the cylinder lock i was asking to get it replaced, he knew what he was replacing. so im sitting there and he completes the job and then goes to me to check it. he put on some cheap $10 no name made in china lock that didnt even fit flush with the door. and was charging $105 for it. IT DIDNT EVEN FIT FLUSH. like im asking for a replacement here so obviously I want the same thing?? then he says well i didnt have those on me but i can go back to get them, $20 more for each lock , so he goes over to home depot and picks them up while i wait another hour. at this point ive got the sunk cost fallacy headspace going, its now 11:20, ive been sitting here in this vacant space since 9 when it was supposed to start, so im just like OK.

Changing out two standard cylinder locks in total cost $403. Job started at 9am, finished at 12:40pm. upcharged for using properly fitting locks and install. slow and unreliable service.

In the future I recommend anyone who uses these people to be clear on the pricing beforehand and what they are doing. attached are photos.

The locksmith was courteous and efficient and was able to replace the ignition on my son's car.

However, the price felt high. We were told that it would be $450 to replace, $350 to try to repair with no guarantee. Then, there was an $85 service fee. The thing that caused more red flags was when when he told that they charge a 5-10% fee for use of a credit card. He said they preferred Zelle, Venmo, or cash. We were told that the amount of the fee depended upon the type of credit card (Visa, MC, American Express, etc.) but wouldn't know the exact fee until charge was processed. He was very patient when explaining to me but will we will not use again. We do not feel comfortable with their payment practices for services that cost hundreds of dollars. Leaves no protection for the consumer.

Never calling these people again !! They told me over the phone it's $29 service call then they connect you to a so called "tech" he told me he's 5 minutes away and then tells me he won't be able to give me a price u til he sees what kind of lock system I have which to me is completel bs. They all do the same thing ! They crack your door and air pump the little air bag and stick a stick in their and clip to your unlock button on your door and pull. So idk where they need to "see" what kind of lock system you have. Either way the guy shows up 10 minutes after the call and tells me that the service call is $70 and that I have a super simple "lock system" and he can charge me $180 lol . I told him no thank you they just told me on the phone it's a $29 service call I'm okay. And then he says oh yea $30 sorry I can do $30 so I can do $150. I said no thank you that's still way to much. I told him now I feel like your just lying I'm not paying more than $80 and that to me still seems like a lot but he says "okay let me call my boss and ask" this guy literally walks away 3ft from me "pretends" to be on the phone for no more than 1 second and turns around and says "yes boss said $80 is okay". They are liars ! They will come and try to scam you out of as much money as possible !
Then I filed a complaint and the manager calls is texting me demanding to know how much they charged me before she calls me and I told her I'd rather talk on the phone and then she says okay I'll call you tomorrow. But she had all day to text me but not call. Then she calls me the next day and all you hear is a million kids crying in the background I can barley hear anything she is saying. Kids crying and yelling at kids while trying to tell me that I paid a fair price and that even $180 was still fair lol ! I just don't under stand how the minute I says I only want to pay $80 they can just make it happen. A whole $100 discount our of nowhere. Then she proceeds to tell me that her "tech's" which to me are really not techs you can literally buy the unlock kit at Walmart for $50 and do it yourself. But either way she tells me that these tech's barley make any money and that she lets them charge whatever they want to charge and it's not a scam. Idk but if you ask me that's a scam they don't have set prices. They come and tell you $180 but as soon as you say no they'll keep dropping the prices until you agree. That's pretty f'ed up me in my opinion. So my opinion if anyone wants to use them when they show up just tell them your only paying $70-$80 and if they don't want to do it have a nice day sir I will not be needing your service today. Not only that she told me you know with inflation my techs need to make as much money as they can they barely make any money and to me okay well you pay them more. To me that's not my fault at all work harder. Find a better job. None of that makes it okay to go and over charge people just because your company is doing bad or your techs don't make enough money. That's a your company problem and your workers should not be trying to take advantage of everyone else with the same issues as you talked about when it comes to our economy and "inflation"

Very unethical locksmith company. They refuse to provide written estimates and will add hundreds of dollars to the verbal estimate. They are just a huge call center and hire out locksmiths that charge whatever they want. They fail to disclose that they only accept cash, Venmo or Apple Pay. If you want to use a credit card, they will add an additional 5% service charge. Please look at all the bad reviews and don't let them scam you, too. When I disputed the charge, a very rude lady (the manager) contacted me and said she would knock off $100 at the very beginning of our conversation. You know it's a scam to overcharge customers as much as possible if they offer to subtract $100 upfront.

I can't believe this guy calls himself a locksmith. The job was to rekey the knob and deadbolt. Without permission, he replaces the whole thing and doesn't even match! The Knob key cylinder is also upside down from the deadbolt key cylinder. Completely careless or inconsiderate on how a person needs to enter a locked door. Wants $50 to come back and fix it!

Quoted $40 for each door/lock for a rekey, I agree to the $80. He arrives and states $25 response fee. He looks at my front door lock and says this will be an additonal $30, because of the smart lock. He finishes both rekeys in less then 5 minutes. The front door lock doesnt unlock, so Im stuck/stranded outside for 20 minutes trying to get it open. I call and state his lock didnt replace/work, he says he'll come back the following day and never did. Basically paid $135 for one rekey on a lock.

      Find a diff company.

Do not use this place, it's a scam and rip off. They gave me no estimate on the phone and when their "locksmith" arrived he said it would $250 to open one door handle to my apartment. Complete and utter ripoff. The guy said that's their standard rate, when I called the main number back he said he can't confirm the rate because they "no flat rates". Complete scam, don't use this business.
