We used Coneise's notary services for a property signing. She was rude, condescending, and at multiple points during the signing she gave us incorrect instructions. There were a few forms that she told us that we didn't need to fill out, which was a direct contradiction to the instructions the title company had provided. Fortunately, we ignored her and filled them out anyway. I don't know if we would've closed on time if we'd listened to her misinformation. She seemed resentful that we wanted to double check all the forms, even after she had given us wrong instructions. And she would verbally snap back at us if we challenged what she was telling us. Her behavior was completely unprofessional.

I've worked with many other notaries who know what they're doing - there's no reason to work with this one and go through these headaches!
