I worked with Bri and she was nothing but kind throughout the whole process. I was extremely overwhelmed and she helped me step by step and also listened to all my expectations, like the cost of the dress. I never felt pressure from her. I ended up getting my dress here and she is one of the many reasons why.

Amazing service, and great options in stock. Tobie helped us pick out the right tux, shoes, tie, etc. for prom, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Thanks Tobie!

We've always had an excellent experience here, most recently a suit rental for my husband for our daughter's wedding. Our other daughter and niece found their wedding dresses here, also great service. The contrast to our last experience of suit rental at Men's warehouse was 180 degrees.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

Drove 45 minutes to go find my dream dress, but sadly I didn't. My experience was very disappointing. The vibe was off. Everyone can see and hear you when trying on the dresses. It felt like an ordinary store with a dressing room. Each bridal party was showing off their dresses to everyone in the store. I was expecting something more intimate and private.

I had the most amazing experience with Amanda's bridal and Tux! Tobie was my stylist and she knocked it out of the park! I explained to her what I was looking for in a dress and the second dress I tried on is the one I wore for my wedding! Tobie was incredible! She understood what I needed and walked with me every step of the way. We adjusted the top of the dress allot to help me get the look I wanted and Tobie went above and beyond to help me! I am so grateful that I got to work with her and loved the result of my wedding dress!

although I didn't end up getting my dress here (though I did find one that I seriously considered) I think that my Amanda's consultant, Bri, was my favorite of all the people I worked with when looking for my wedding dress. She was patient and far more understanding both of my desire for a modest dress, and my pickiness over buying something as expensive as a wedding dress. I love the dress I ended up picking, but I think I would have been happy with the dress I liked best from here too even though it wasn't quite what I had in mind. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop, and the consultant Bri to other brides looking for kindness, good listening skills and patience. Thank you!

I can't say I'm an expert on customer service, but I can say I have very high standards. My standards were blown out of the water by Melissa. I went in with an idea and she turned it into reality. She was patient, kind, and listened to everything I said (and somethings I didn't actually say out loud). I never expected to be one of those women who would cry when I found my dress, but I did and Melissa was a huge part of that. If you want a unique and personal experience, this is the place to go. It's a hidden gem!!!

I can't say enough good stuff about Amanda's, My first experience with this place was actually 8 years ago when my friend was getting married and looking for a dress. So naturally the babe stuck in my head for when it was finally my turn! I don't consider myself to be a picky person, but I am very quick to decide if I do or do not like something. I am also not the most overly emotional/excitable person, I want to show up, keep it casual and leave with a dress that I love.
Enter my consultant Melissa! First off she shows up and immediately matches with my personality and the personality of my group, she and me what I am looking for in a dress and when I throw out vague ideas she happily says "ok I'll work with that and be right back" instead of getting annoyed and trying to get more specific details from me.
Melissa quite literally shows up and creates greatness. There was a dress in the first group that she pulled and I absolutely fell in love with it. We still tried on a few more but Melissa didn't push anything on me, she listened to me and was super excited that I had found "the one".

To summarize: great selection, fair and affordable prices, and staff that legitimately cares about the brides experience and not just making a sale.

I had a migraine so called to cancel. Was not told of the $50 fee or I would have shown up just to not be charged. A very expensive migraine indeed. WILL NOT BE BOOKING here. Will be going to Anthropologie and Bella Bridal.

Top notch organization with very experienced guest service. Needed to rent a tux for my daughter's wedding. You will need to make two appointments. When I made the first for my fitting, they had a huge selection to chose from. They had about 10 mannequins and two books. They said to take my time and let them know when I was ready to discuss. It took me two seconds. I pointed the mannequin and said I'll take that one. It looked very nice and modern. They took my fitting and my order and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Hey, I'm a guy. LOL. I thought the $220.00 price for one day use was a bit steep. I told the so and they made accommodations to lower it to something more reasonable. Next appointment was to try it on, and take it home. Again, extremely helpful if you have never been in a tuxedo before. Overall, guest service is at the highest level. Be for warned, you will sign a lot of agreements. None of it applied to me, but if you mess around, damage the tux or return it late you will pay the penalty. These are expensive suits. Overall, absolutely recommend for men, brides to be and all the wedding party. They will take great care of you!
