Amazing Moves is the best moving company!

I've used them twice and I will use them again!! They are the best and I've used a lot of moving companies. They are professional,punctual,reliable. And reasonably priced.

We had set a schedule to have three people the first day they brought two then they came back with five $280 an hour didn't get everything done. Had to charge me another day asked for three guys they only sent two then they were going to send another one and never did

Don't use this company anymore. They are no longer a family owned business and are now owned and operated by Armstrong group. Beware of all good reviews since they were from original management and ownership. Brand still exists but really poor experience. New brand took mgmt took over about a month ago.

No one answers the office phone, only "sales"
No inventory sheet upon delivery to confirm they've delivered all of your things
Everyone is subcontracted out even the ones driving their trucks.
A lot of missing boxes and items when delivered
Lots of damage to your belongings
Do NOT know how to properly move or store pianos even they claim to (ours arrived extremely damaged)

Stay Away!!!!

Highly recommend. Polite, considerate, very efficient, hard workers. They have a team of employees who have worked together a while and know what they're doing. It shows

We've used these guys three times in the last 2 years. The first move 2 years ago was unremarkable. Our second move a few weeks ago there was a major miscommunication regarding the team they sent for packing who was extremely rude about it and I ended up having to spend a whole day packing our kitchen. The move today is going horribly, two of the three movers are slow as molasses and appear to be dazed and sleep walking through the move. I'll be really frustrated if they try to charge me full price for this move. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office, all calls go to voicemail and many people only work certain days. I know this company has been highly recommended in the past but I wouldn't use them based on our experience today.

First, you get a person when you call who will immediately direct you to the appropriate person. My Moving Coordinator was/is Jennifer W.

Jennifer W.: Cheerful, polite, knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to work with. It should be noted that I had questions after the move and she remained the same - cheerful and knowledgeable - person throughout.

The move: Joel and Edgar arrived 15 minutes early. Within the first two minutes of meeting them I knew I was in good hands. They were respectful, polite with a great attitude. - it took a few times to get them to call me "Bob" instead of "sir". These guys hustled - they did not rest. During the move I got to know a little bit about them personally. Truly wonderful young men.
AmazingMoves should be proud to have them representing their company.

Post move - I had some questions about my bill. I got through to "V". I am not putting her name here out of respect - she is an executive director - and she took the time to take care of my questions - very much appreciated. The fact that she would personally take the time to investigate my questions speaks volumes about the company culture - "take care of the customer no matter how small"

I have used Amazing moves twice. Both times went very well. The movers themselves were high energy and efficient and friendly. I would use them again. Heather Heath was very helpful all along. Highly recommended.

So far, the only thing Amazing is that I'm amazed they are still in business. I selected them to take ground floor only furniture, no contents in anything, into storage while new flooring was being installed. Reviews here and seeing their trucks regularly convinced me that they'd be good. And while the crews taking things out and then returning them were terrific, friendly and professional, that is only part of my move and the rest has been troubling. Storage seems to be the problem, with our things getting mixed with other items (a large rock among them) and significant damage for which, 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for their repair and return and repair of other items. I'm being told that the missing piano piece we a factory defect, that it had been glued back on and so forth. The latter isnt true, it was bought new and of course it had to be a separate piece as the covering can't wrap around the piano. But more so, I'll have it glued but they can't seem to find it now. Again, ground floor only. Easy street parking in front. No packing, no stairs, elevator, nothing. Maybe they're good for a traditional move but based on my experience, I wouldn't use them again. And importantly, I've had over 20 moves, interstate, local and even 3 international with containers. This should have been one of the easiest and best. Anything but.

I had an in town move... Amazing moves was recommended to me from other neighbors in Northfield.

They did not disappoint and went above and beyond.

I've moved 15 times, (yes, I've spent ALOT of money on moving!)

From the first contact with Jennifer to the teams that moved me, they were truly above and beyond.

I've learned through experience, you get what you pay for, but Amazing Moves was affordable.

Final price came in below estimate and movers arrived on time and were stellar employees.

EVERYTHING was packed with precision and care. Not one thing was broken or damaged, not even a glass!

If you are looking for quality... this is the company you want to do business with.

I'm truly impressed.
