They were very responsive, verifying my information both over the phone and by txt so there was no miscommunication. They told me where I was in their line up of cars to tow and when I could expect them. They contacted me to let me know they would be arriving in the next few minutes and they were right on time if not early.
Payment the following morning was quick, seamless and at a more than fair cost.
I will definitely call them again if stuck in the snow and recommend them highly.
