Exemplary! Can't say enough about this company. Called in the morning for an inoperative heat pump. They said they thought they could fit me in that afternoon, even though I was located in a very remote location (1hr15 from them). My location is so remote I wasn't sure I could even get service, let alone same day. They arrived in the afternoon with a well equipped mobile shop, identified the problem (burned supply wire) within 5 minutes of arrival, repaired the issue, load tested compressor and checked operation, and were done. All in an hour. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I am still amazed that out in the middle of nowhere I was able to get service at all, same day service on top of that, and exemplary service as icing on the cake.

Keith & Jean... (owners) along with their entire staff are the nicest people. Courteous, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We're traveling in our Dutch Star 43 ft Coach and needed to fix a gasket that started coming off the slide. Though I called three weeks earlier to get an appointment... they were quite ready to get us in earlier but our travel plans didn't put us in the area until May 1st. Just off the I-75 freeway, easy to get to their shop. They examined and explain the problem, then discussed how they would repair it. We added a few other minor things to the list.... They did them without a problem. We are extremely pleased with their service and YES.... We will continue using them.

American Dreams helped us, over the phone, to troubleshoot our refrigerator repair. He had us test the battery, by the panel, then turning on lights, etc. Then verified the fuses were working, including one on the back of the fridge and viola! The fuse on the outside fixed it. In today's economy I am in awe of a company that would be that thorough in checking the problem out. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!!! Thank you American Dreams!

American Dreams RV Mobile is great! They were thorough, completely professional and offered advice on maintenance Jean in the front office is wonderful, too.
They have our business and our trust.

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS !! They tell you over the phone their labor rate is $120 an hour. Then two guys show up and AFTER they've taken sweet time, they say it's $120.00 PER GUY, so it's $240.00 an hour.
BIG TIME BAIT AND SWITCH. Will *NEVER* call them again.

When you are traveling from place to place , you are at the mercy of any company (if you can even get one) to come and help. American dreams actually came on the day they said they would, did several repairs, was very kind and I would highly recommend them.

service call is very reasonable. Work is done in a very efficient timely manner and is done correctly. They work with your warranty company if the issue is under warranty and are very knowledgeable. My experience with this company was fabulous. I have had mobile repair companies before and this is the best in the Lake City, Florida area. I would not hesitate to call them for any issues with my RV.

We have used Keith Frost and American Dream's RV mobile repair for several different RV related problems. Keith has always been quick to respond to us via phone and text.

The work we received was high-quality the prices were reasonable. Best of all we feel that we can trust him to do good work and not overcharge. I gave him five stars because there wasn't an option to give him six. If you use American Dream's RV mobile repair service you will not be disappointed.

This business is undoubtedly the best rv repair business in this area. The owner Keith Frost and his assistant Jeremy were extremely professional, communicative, and results oriented. The cost was very reasonable. Responsive and taking an attitude that the trailer they were working on was theirs generated the results desired. Number one.

While we were staying in Lake City we developed and electrical issue on our class A DP. We thought it was our inverter so we researched local Mobil Techs and decided on Keith's company. We centanily made the right choice! He trouble shot the problem and determined it was 2 of our house batteries. He was able to give us a temporary fix until the new batteries could arrive, we went ahead and replaced all 4. Also while he was doing our repair I asked him to check 2 other items for me and he was happy to do so and made the cosmetic repairs at a fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend American Dreams!
