Din G.Alexandria, VA14296Jan 21, 2019First to ReviewI never gave our roll up door a lot of thought. Just assumed that it is there, it is working, and that is it. When tried to close it on Friday night I found that I should have give it more attention. Never new that the door need some service even when there is nothing wrong with it. If you own a roll up door you should know it need some greasing and some maintenance. Do not wait as I did until it completely stuck. And just when it suppose to be one of the most freezing weekends of the year.
American roll up door repair were able to help by sending Hernan and Jesus to service the door. They released the door, weld a lose part, and made the door working again. Taught me on how to maintain the door and how to make sure it will not get stuck again.

I found them via Google -- but they were SO awesome. They showed up just hours after calling. They didn't try to sell me a new garage door -- to the contrary, he said that this would be good for at least five years. He did great work -- and he was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again -- and I, based on my experience, I HIGHLY recommend them. Two thumbs up!
