First, let me start by saying that Amy is AMAZING. I want to tell you how amazing she is and one of the best ways to do this is to use social media. My parents found her when they moved from San Jose to Granite Hills and she handled the purchase of their home in Granite Hills.

My parents recently moved from Southern California to Texas and of course there was no doubt that Amy would now, represent them as the seller. She has the innate ability to work with even the most unique clients. She managed the sale of their home with my parents being out of state prior to the home selling, and she made the process one of the easiest real estate transactions I have ever been a part of. Amy's expertise was an integral part of ensuring a smooth transaction occurred. She went above and beyond to make sure that my parents understood everything from the beginning to the end. She met with them prior to listing the home and gave them an agenda of sorts as to what to expect with the sale. Once they closed, she made sure to follow up with them and answer any additional questions they had.

so let me start by saying this woman has been such a great agent and not only an agent shes a great person willing to help no matter whut. she has helped us sell our place and it took 6 months not because it was her or my fault was because of the estate we were trying to sell my property on. i know as of now things are super hard to get accepted and certain property especially if it has a renter property lease. she has stuck with us threw this hard time and delt with everything that was thrown our way. she always gave us the best information we needed threw out the whole process. if i were to rate everything that she has done for me and my family shes a 10 for sure. we moved in august due to work and better for my family and she always was there helping out making our old place look good for people that were coming to see our place. imagine walking into a house and its empty, no she would go there and set up things that people would want to see when walking into a house they would feel great into and seeing things set up that would show how a house would look great. imagine moving and having to be places you cannot be and boom your agent says dont worry i will handle it. i recommend amy to anyone looking to purchase or sell there house she has whut it takes to help you in the best way imaginable i can keep saying things but i dont wanna make people read my essay about amy and how great she has been threw out this whole process. i will be forever thankfull and i hope everyone who see's this and uses amy for an agent knows shes there not only to just help but help you feel comfortable. im gonna end this on a good note. thank you amy for all your help and time spent getting us to sell this place i know was a hard time for me but you helped me and my family get threw it. we got an agent but not only that we got a new friend
