Anderson Audiology

We were 5 minutes late and had to wait over 30 minutes before anyone said anything to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone of color. No hello or we will be with you in a moment. Not very friendly staff..

The Team at Anderson is the nicest group of people. 1st Class service all the way! When I couldn't get service or parts help at any other Hearing Stores around Vegas I was blown away to finally find Anderson--I went in and immediately found a fresh and inviting attitude and they serviced my hearing aids perfectly.
Big time recommendation here!! A1 all the way!!

Purchased hearing aides on May 25/23 and I was misled on the "find my hearing aide" option. After several calls to both oticon & Anderson I find the you can't find the hearing aides via the app until you find the until you find the hearing aides to connect them to the app. So now that I can't find the hearing aides I need to pay a $800.00 deductible to replace the units to again have hearing aides that if they are misplaced you need to find them to use the oticon app to find the hearing aides.

Julie Mortenson has been who I have dealt with for my hearing test and then my hearing aid for my left ear. She is very pleasant and always asks how I am doing. She cleans my hearing aid and put on a new plastic cap every time I go there for my next appointment. Front desk area is very neat and clean and they have a pleasant receptionist. Someone calls to remind me of my appointment and it's very easy to make your next appointment while you are there. I (Eleanor Lindsey) am happy with Anderson Audiology.

I have been to Anderson several times now and worked with Dr Riley Terry. I can not even begin to tell you how great she is...I have an unusual issue with my left ear that has been going on for almost a year now. She tested me and thought there might be fluid under my ear drum but didn't think I was going deaf.After seeing an ENT that was totally useless I saw her again and she went above and beyond trying to help me in with a Dr who was very good and followed up with me the same day that she promised.Unheard of in this town.She is a very caring and intelligent woman who does what needs done and follows through. I can't recommend her enough!!!

They are alright. I can't say anything other than I am just getting hearing aids from them, and they do not make them, I just have pick a pair and that's it. Then they send away for them and you go pick them up. I did my hearing test elsewhere as it would have taken too long to get into this place for that, so I can't speak on whether or not they are good at this process. But I have to say that my appointment was fast I did not wait long either. The front desk was polite. The assistant or doctor, I'm not sure as she did not say, was indifferent but did her job. After all I was only there to pick out some hearing aids.

wish spmeone had written how bad this place is. I took my sr mother for aids. Groesbeck did a good hearing test but after that he fell apart...didnt know the products or how to do paperwork but expected us to just sign. After reading it all we signed despite his bad attitude over my reading..he was in a hurry. When we returned for aids we were passed to a woman, janet, who had a slight cockiness but we just wanted the aids. Within 1st day problems..aids wouldnt stay in ears despite custom ear molds. So she couldnt hear. So made appt to go back in. Janet was so offensive and rude. She said she'd have co. Make new earbuds...but she didnt make new wax molds. We asked to have test trial period restart over once mom had both aids and buds and janet refused. That meant her trisl period would be w the ones that didnt even work for her. Janet didnt care. So we said we would just give them back. Her reply, "fine i dont need to deal with rude people"' wow! No respect. We couldnt keave fast enough. But God is good..i think we were protected from this horrible facility that only wants to usher people through like cattle and make money. Go at your own risk. They are nice until they have you hooked. Huge waste of time. We were not rude but we did want to read what we were signing and we wanted hearing aids that worked correctly and during allotted test period. She told us the test period was for the aids only not the earbuds. But one doesnt work without the other...her own words when we asked for temporary non custom buds. Run!!!! Do not go to any My Hearing facilities. They are all alike in only wanting $$$. This is second one we visited and last one.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years... And now in 2 different states! I found Anderson just because I was sent there by my insurance... But I would recommend them to anyone! I'm a healthcare provider, and Geri in the front office, worked hard to accommodate my schedule with appointments. Dr. Riley Terry understood my specific hearing requirements and helped me navigate my stethoscope difficulties with my new hearing instruments! I was never kept waiting in the office and my appointments were always expedient while maintaining comprehensiveness! Anderson Audiology made my hearing aid experience exceptional! Go see them!

Just received new hearing aids from Anderson Audiology. The whole experience has been outstanding. The office staff are very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Riley Terry Au.D., she is extremely knowledgeable. The new hearing aids I received allow me to hear much better than before. The sounds are realistic and clear. Dr. Riley Terry is my hero. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations. I recommend Anderson Audiology!

Last week I went to an appointment here to see if I indeed have hearing loss. Making the appointment was very easy. When I arrived for my appointment I found the office to be very clean. The staff was friendly and very organized. Waiting Time was extremely quick for the Audiologist. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The hearing tests were quick and thorough. I left feeling confident that I was evaluated well. If I need another hearing test in the future, I will definitely go here. Very good experience for me.
