Angel Nail

I used to get my nails done here often. My last experience was by far the worst. I have been getting my nails done for years so I know the steps to having a nice looking for acrylic set. The man that did my nails did not file them or make sure they were all the same shape. The whole time my nails or getting done the owner was speaking Chinese to the employees cutting her eyes at different guest they over charge for a terrible job on my nails. I will never go here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The people were very nice and I hate to give them a bad review but I wouldn't have gone here if I had known what it was like! The facility was run down and dirty. They had a small selection of colors. I got a gel manicure and it was just poor quality. The color did not match the sample even with 3 coats. They offered to give me another manicure with a different color but I can only wear specific colors for work and did not trust their samples after this experience.

This is by far the worst Nail Salon out there. I called twice for information when I was at home. The first phone call the man who answered spoke no English at all. I asked how much for acrylic nails? After the 4th time I said it he told me it was $25 dollars. I then asked how much for design he told me $5 after me repeating the question multiple times. My second phone called they hung up on me. I was calling to let them know and check the price again. After I told him there would be 3 of us he hung up. When we walked in their at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon they looked at each other then gave us a disgusting look. No welcome or good afternoon or how may I help you. I would have walked out right then if there would have been another salon open around us. They pointed to the wall of nail polish. There was a hole lot of colors to choose from. No where did it list what nail polish was gel and what nail polish was regular nail polish. The gel bottles didn't even say gel. We get are colors sit down I let them know acrylic nails. We get to the point of where they cut them to the link never asked how long I wanted them or what shape. Same happened with the other 2 girls I brought with me. Multiple times I tried to talk to them about what I wanted for my nails. Not one time did I get a response back from them. Just got ugly nasty looks while they laughed and giggled in Chinese. We get all done I hand them my card to pay didn't think about asking how much. I figured around $90 for 3 sets of acrylic nails with design. He brings me my card back and proceeds to tell me that I still put them $12 there was not enough money on my card. I said wait a minute how much was it for acrylic nails? In Chinese he speaks to me which I have no clue what they r saying. Another lady shows up and speaks English she proceeds to tell me that acrylic nails are $25 dollars and gel nail polish is another $30 on top of it and if you get design it's another $5 per hand. Mind you I only had 3 fingers with design both of the girls I had with me only had 2 fingers done one on each side. The lady asked me have I had my nails done before I told her yes. She proceeds to tell me then it's my fault for now knowing what nail polish was gel and what ones where not. I said it's not my fault it should be listed somewhere or they should let you know when you sit down and never did. She proceeds to tell me that they told me. Not one time did the employees of this business speak to me when I spoke to them. Nor do what I asked for. Instead of saying sorry or can I do something else or even ask if they could refund money or give me a discount nothing. They just told me it was my fault and walked away. I will never return here and if I ever see anyone walking towards this business I will let them know.
