I called around and no other could do an evening cleaning and certainly not less than $150 starting price for a vacant 1 bedroom!

The 2-person team (Miguel and Marina) was thorough -- every nook and cranny incl behind and under appliances, fixtures, and top shelves -- and used their own products IE industrial strength Mr. Clean, etc and supplies IE all new rags and backpack vacuum.
Very pleasant to work with even when I repeatedly asked if they hit this spot or that already -- sure enough, they had!
