Although I did not find my dress at this bridal shop, I had one of the best experiences here.
I decided to come to this bridal store based on people I know finding their dresses here. I made an appointment through emailing the store, which was super easy.
When my mom and I came for my appointment we were told to look around at all their dresses. The dresses were separated my designers. There was about 7 racks of dresses, as well as a sale rack.
Something unique about this bridal store is how you can pick dresses out to try on. Above the racks there is a little lip where the hangers can sit perfectly. Each time I found a dress I wanted to try on I just pulled it out and hung it up on the lip.
Once it was time to try dresses on, one of the workers helped me get the dresses on. This was helpful, because I often couldn't find the floor! The worker was very nice and personable.
Each time I would walk out in the dress workers would ooh and aww. One ended up coming over and staying for most of the dresses!

Visited my sister from out of town and randomly decided to stop in to Annabelle's based on their great reviews. I said Yes to the Dress and had a hard time narrowing it down! They had so many beautiful options at affordable prices, and if you're a bargain hunter, they had some amazing sale prices (some beautiful dresses for $99-150!!!). Susan was so sweet and kind. She didn't care how many dresses I tried on and she gave great opinions and advice. She was so knowledgable and even called a designer's shop on the spot to get more info on a dress for me.
I purchased a Casa Blanca dress. I added custom measurements for only $35. After my purchase, Casa Blanca will make any changes to the dress, send me a mock sketch for me to approve, and then make the dress of my dreams! I was shocked how affordable this was (for example, I'm going to raise a vneckline to a boat neckline by adding lace across the top... only $55 extra for this custom change!).
I could have bought that same dress anywhere by hunting for it closer to home... but I chose to buy it from Annabelle Bridal because I had such an amazing experience there! The store is also running a crazy special this month: free hem AND free press/steam... saves me nearly $300!

Shopping for wedding dresses can be stressful. You're spending a lot of money on a dress that you want to feel beautiful in. I had the privilege of shopping with my future daughter in law for her dress, and the selection, service and quality at Annabelle Bridal exceeded all of our expectations. They made our bride comfortable, took good care of our group, and the dress selection was perfect.
We shopped other stores first, and ended our
search with the perfect dress at Annabelle. The dress came on time, and was absolutely perfect.

Recently engaged, I began my dress shopping with this small yet full of character boutique. My maid of honor and I were greeted by Kim and Susan, both super friendly and eager to assist us. Not really having an idea of what shapes best fit me, Susan suggested a few while we pulled a few others that fit within my initial ideas. After trying on three, the one that best fit was the one that Susan suggested. It fit like a glove. She absolutely knew what she was talking about and understands her clientele. Being it was our first trip to a bridal shop I was not prepared to make a purchase and they were not pushy or trying to sell me the dress, rather they took my information down and created a wish list of the ones I tried on. She also mentioned that they have a seamstress that they recommend which we liked since I did not want to just take my dress to anyone. My maid of honor also tried on a few dresses and again Susan knowing her business gave us some great advice and understanding of what we might be looking for in the dresses for the bridal party. My biggest comparison I can give for this shop is to David's Bridal which I went to with a friend of mine for her wedding in August. While they were friendly, they were not nearly as knowledgeable and the quality of stock doesn't even kind of compare to the quality of dresses at this shop. The dresses here are high end, with such intricate detail and very unique. They had a small selection of dresses that you could buy off the rack, but most could be ordered and in different colors.

Well, my Fiance just came home from a scheduled appointment she had with this bridal shop. After two trips to this bridal shop she was prepared to say yes to the dress. She loved one from there and the Ladies knew it and it was set aside for her. There were several conversations over this dress. So when my Fiance got to her appointment with her family in tow they sold her dress 4 days ago. No warning, no phone call, and above all else no apology. They blatantly said well "Oh well Miss, I'm sure you're shopping elsewhere anyway."..... I know that dress shopping is a high demand business but that is terrible treatment and customer Service. You took away the excitement of buying a dress for the bride. Talk about crushing a bride to be...She's in tears and just wants a dress now and it to be done. Thanks Annabelle

Incredibly disappointed and upset by my experience here! I found a Casablanca dress I liked and decided to order it here. Initially I was very impressed with Susan; she got me I for a fitting and helped with measurements and custom requests (hemmed, train altered,corset back). I was assured the dress would arrive in 4 months. 4 months later, there was no word. When I called the shop, I was told the dress was held up in customs! When it finally arrived less than a month before the wedding, I was informed they had not done a corset back, and asked "did you really want one?" The dress ended up getting shipped to the California factory and back with no word on when it was due back. It arrived back exactly 2 weeks before the wedding when I was out of town. When I was able to come in 4 days later, the dress had not even been pressed and was too large! (I think they did not take into account the change in size when adding the corset back, but no one would admit it.) Furthermore, I was barely greeted by the owner (who turned me over to the seamstress), and there was no apology for the stress of the experience or coming to check if I was happy with the dress. The seamstress made some basic alterations, but I was traveling to my destination wedding 3 days later so no further fittings were possible, and the owner didn't bother to even come in to make sure the alterations worked out.
I ended up fortunate to find a seamstress at my destination who could fit me in for another round of alterations the week of the wedding. The dress fiasco added an unnecessary level of stress to the wedding planning. All my friends were appalled. Although this response comes a few years late, and considering Annabelle Bridal is under new management, I thought your review still warrants being addressed. First and foremost, I apologize that your experience was less then stellar.  We aim to provide a memorable, personal experience for all of our brides.  Like in all businesses, sometimes things happen out of your control and you end up falling short of meeting your customer's expectations.  It's certainly not what we strive for, but in reality, it can happen.  Since I was not present in 2015 when this situation occurred, I asked the consultant for some insight.  Unfortunately our Designer had made some errors, which is extremely rare for them and the first occasion I have come across.  I also realize there are two sides to every story and perhaps some of the other issues you mentioned were not shared views, but something we can definitely improve upon. In the end, it was unfortunate that the shop did not realize of your dissatisfaction, as both the consultant and seamstress stated you looked fantastic in the dress!  I did try to reach out to you personally via Yelp several times, but never received a response.  I hope you will accept this sincere apology ... and if you are ever in the need of a formal dress, I hope you give us a second chance to exceed your expectations! - Jamie G.OH, OH022Jul 13, 2017
I love Susan....she helped me find my perfect dress. Long story short... i bought a dress At another bridal shop and they sold my dress to me 6 sizes too big and nobody could alter it. So I had to start shopping around for a new dress and I stumbled across Annabel bridle and went in for my appointment and Susan was so nice she pretty much told me that there was a dress in her shop that fit and I like it that she would sell it to me and I would not have to wait the 6 to 8 weeks because my wedding was right around the corner. I found my perfect dress and had Tina the seamstress alter it for me and it was beautiful. Thank you guys so much for making my amazing day perfect .

Truly had a horrible experience. This was our first stop in wedding dress shopping. my sisters and my mom had gone to start the search for my Yes to the Dress moment. Now although I did not find anything. My sisters found dresses that they all agreed upon. The wedding was 10/8/17 . The dresses were ordered and also they had been told about fittings and timeframe.
Both sisters kept calling and no response.I truly think that Susan was overwhelmed as well as
in money crunch and had waited to send the order in. We recieved every excuse possible. In fact that they were stuck on a boat which didnt make sense. My sister lives out of town and kept explaining that to no avail. and my other sister who is local kept calling in and stopping in. Somehow the week of the wedding my sister got the dress in the mail which she had to pay for and was able to find someone local to do alterations. The local sister was not. This was not something that any bride should be stressed about. apparently I must have posted a review on FB and just found out about a new owner. She has reached out to me and I need to respond back. If this business was still under previous ownership.. I would assuredly not refer anyone here. Under New Ownership. Nancy, again I apologize for what you experienced in 2016 for your bridal party's dresses. We never want a bride to endure any unnecessary stress and I am so sorry that it happened to you. Please be assured our current procedures alleviate these issues from occurring and all merchandise comes in timely. I hope you give us another chance sometime in the future to make things right.

I had a great experience shopping there. The women were so helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. They had a great selection of dresses including some newer ones I couldn't find at other shops in the Cleveland area. I would highly recommend them!
