      My daughters have been customers at Anton's for years and we have noticed a sharp decline in customer service. I was absolutely livid today when Anton's wanted to charge one a non-refundable $100 deposit for an appointment. My daughter has a flight into town earlier that day and explained she'd only miss if flight was delayed which would be beyond her control.

      The woman she spoke with treated her with sass and then transferred to owners who only confirmed that they could easily fill that appointment with someone else. I guess customer loyalty means nothing.

      In addition, my other daughter says at a recent appointment, the stylists discuss price of other clients' services while they are doing her hair. That is very unprofessional. Also, she witnessed a customer with a "known last name" in the area wanted a last minute appointment and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen. A more common name doesn't carry weight even though we've been loyal. Well not anymore.

      My daughter is a dentist and they don't even charge a deposit for missed appointments.

      I have been a customer for over 20 years. I recently tried to schedule a full head highlight and was told I would need to put down a deposit of $100 due to the amount of cancellations they have had recently. While this may be a good practice for new clients, it is not for established clients. I have never missed an appointment and to not allow me to make an appointment without a credit card (as I was driving and did not have it near me) is ridiculous. Now you will be losing my business permanently; a cost greater than one missed appointment. Do better by your loyal customers.

      I used to go here when I was In college almost 20
      Years ago and now that I moved back I started going again. Olivia is awesome! The space is nice and they have lots of services available.

      Do not go here, they damaged my hair.
      They over processed my hair and I sustained damage that will take more than a year to grow out (due to the length of my hair).
      They added face framing highlights to one side, leaving the other side unmatched. I went back in to get it corrected and left with highlights of 2 colors. The second visit they didn't use a toner leaving significantly lighter than the prior day areas treated with toner.
      They have refused to give me the color information, 1st call they said a stylist has to give it to the customer. After not hearing back I called again and after some back and forth I was told they don't share it. When I asked why was I misled on the first call there was no response. Here's the deal, my total experience was a failure on a grand scale and they have had opportunity to reach out and apologize and they haven't. The 1st stylist didn't record the the color profile as part of their protocol. The 2nd stylist noted this to me as well as the receptionist. The 2nd stylist noted the damage to my hair. So there is no color profile to share, they didn't document it or get it after the fact like I was told they would. I get that stylists screw up, but all of this and conflicting policies and the runaround along with the inability to admit and apologize for everything that went wrong, that's not even worth the 1 star I'm forced to select. So I guess it is a great salon if you are an established customer but it's 50/50 if you are a new customer. So if you have patience to allow your hair to get damaged and take a year to grow out, go for it!

      Sarah is the most patient and kind injector. She takes time at each appt and really listens to what your concerns are. She gives great recommendations on skincare and any additional treatments! Thank you for transforming my skin and making me feel like a 10!

      Amy RN is amazing!!! I see her for botox and have been thrilled each time with the results. She's super knowledgeable and so nice. I definitely recommend her!

      I used to get my hair done by Brie at vici and heard she relocated to Anton's and I knew I had to keep her. She's set to do any work needed and I've never had a bad experience when I went to her. If you go here I'd recommend checking her out for sure

      Tried calling to make an appointment with no luck. Recently had an issue with a previous salon and was interested in trying a new one. Needed dip powder removal and was hoping to also have a dip powder manicure. I was off work early so asked if they had anything available. I knew that was a long shot but had hoped for something in the next week. Unfortunately they only have one nail tech who handles dip powder clients and she has very limited hours it seems. Was told I couldn't get in for more than a couple of weeks if I needed an evening appointment. This was disappointing to hear as many people I am sure work during the day and hope to treat themselves to a service after work or on the weekends occasionally. Dip powder is not a new nail service and seems to be very popular, I cannot believe they haven't even trained other employees in removing the dip powder. I would've considered having a different type of manicure if I could at least get what was on my nails removed safely.

      Hopefully this salon will hire more nail techs or train their nail techs to be more accommodating to current trends/services in the nail industry.

      Would be interested in coming back when they're schedule opens up to be more accommodating but not interested if it stays limited as I would want to be a regular client and wouldn't be able to do so if they cannot make their evening/weekend availability more open.

      Making an appointment was easy. I simply called and was able to schedule a pedicure for the day and time requested. Due to an unexpected situation, I had to change my appointment. They were very easy going and it was no problem. Mariah was my pedicurist. She was very friendly and a pleasure to work with! She did a very nice job with my pedicure. The salon uses appropriate COVID precautions and cleaning procedures. A month has past and the nail polish has not chipped or worn. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps thin the nail color a bit before use or use a new polish. (The big toenails were a little uneven from the start.)

      My mom and I come to Anton's in Delafield to get our fillers done and I cannot say enough good things about them. I came here for the first time this summer to see Jamie to get my lips enhanced. I just wanted a little bit more of a fuller pout and I definitely achieved that. It looks so natural and honestly the process did not hurt at all, I'm totally addicted and want more.

      It only cost about $400 to do the service, which is great for me because I spend most of my time in DC and everything is crazy expensive there. I've always had great service every time I've come here and am extremely happy with my results. Jamie is amazing and so knowledgeable about fillers to get where and takes an easy approach.

      If you are looking for someone to just fill your face without a consultation, you're in the wrong place. Jamie takes her job very seriously and consults with you to make sure your face looks flawless.

      I've also gotten a few spa services with Reese, including the dermaplane dermasweep and I'm so impressed with her. Every time I'm at home visiting my family I stop here for a touch up or spa service!
