I am the person who's name is blacked out and not mentioned in the below 1 star review. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company, who I have done business with for 7 years. This company would never send any personal information regarding inquiries they have had. What this woman fails to mention is that I was already aware that she would try to copy our parts and knew who it was long before she ever requested a quote from AP. They stood by me as a long time customer and politely told her that they would not use my tools that I paid for to manufacture parts for her. That is integrity. They will not take a dime at someone else's expense. They never once gave me any of her personal information, not even her name.

She went out of her way to locate my manufacturer with the intention of having my products copied and it was handled poorly on MY end, not by AP. I want to take the full blame for that review, as I should not have posted about it publicly.

I contacted this company to get a generic quote on some designs I already have in person as a basis and was going to go from there. They are also the supplier of another company that sells aluminum blanks. Instead of just kindly declining my request for a quote, be sure the shapes were to similar to what they already provided to another company, they instead sent screen shots of my request to the other company, which therefore posted it on social media, and I can only assume sent private messages of my information when they said they would "PM you the info" in order to try and negatively impact my business. I WILL NEVER recommend this company to anyone! So unprofessional to share my personal information with another competitor of mine. Not to mention, when I sent them what they said about me and the screen shots of it, they never responded with an apology or anything. This resulted in my name being drug in the mud as well as the other company messaging me to tell me to leave their supplier alone and harassing me. What a headache that could have easily been avoided had this company kept their mouth shut and not spread my information around publicly, after I specifically asked if my inquiry would be private. Very unprofessional company.

Logan AP Precision is amazing. I had a custom enclosure I needed designed and fabricated. Logan sat with me through the entire design process and we were able to create a very professional and polished looking product in just a couple days.

The build quality was excellent, near perfect actually.

I had a costumed made pull-up bar made at Ap Precision Metals. I provided them with the image of what I wanted it to look like, and they nailed it! Their pricing was good, compared to the pricing of what I had seen on the internet. The quality of work was impeccable. The order was processed quickly. Definitely recommend Ap Precision Metals!

I don't want to make this long but I really want to share what I experienced here. I first off want to thank Logan, He helped me out better than the handful of other company's I called before I luckily found precision metals. I was trying to build a custom gravity feed hopper that was going to cost me a fortune, I called many metal fabricators to get this important project done and I couldn't find the right people to do it for the right price. I called in and Logan answered the phone, I told him what I was trying to do and he was really persistent on trying to help me. He was trying to work around my budget by outsourcing material from different company's to reduce the cost of the project...who does that? Right away I realize I was dealing with the right person. Persistent, fair, and one of the most honest person I've met doing business. This company really takes pride on what they do. They finished my project within a couple months which isn't bad considering how busy they were doing bigger and better things. They did not leave me on the back burner no matter how small my project was. Logan treated me like a long lost war buddy. Everything came out perfect and I thank you a million times! I will be a customer for ever and will recommend this place to everyone I know.
