Apple Grove Dental

Avoid this dental place like the plague!! They are rude arrogant and snotty! Can't even talk about how much it would cost for closing a gap on the upper part of my teeth!! There are far, far better places to go to than this place!! You need a place that will treat you with dignity and respect and this not one of them at all!

Really great dentist. My family has been here 3-4 times in the last 6 months and we haven't had an issue yet. The husband is the dentist and his wife works at the front desk--both are super nice. The dentist wrote a book and you can see it while you wait, truly a remarkable story. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

My coworker recommended this place, so I made an appointment. I was pregnant at the time so all they did was a cleaning and it was good enough for me to recommend my husband here. His experience has been absolutely horrific. Dr. Coval decided he needed a couple cavities filled and two wisdom teeth pulled. He went in for the procedure and was given a handout for after surgery instructions. The handout did not match what the dentist had recommended so our confusion began there. He decided to stick to the more conservative approach and stuck to soft foods and was very careful. His mouth was bleeding a lot for a few days and was very painful. He had run out of meds and was still bleeding 3 days later so he went back in at 8am for an emergency check up. Dr. Coval said everything looked fine and gave him a script for more pain meds and antibiotics. He woke up the next morning with his mouth full of blood and blood all over his pillow. He called the office and they told him to bite on tea bags until the bleeding stops. Btw, the discharge paperwork says bleeding should stop within a few hours of surgery, he is now at day 5 post surgery. Anyway, he bites the tea bags and his bleeding begins to taper.

This is where it gets really interesting. I got a frantic call from the Walgreens pharmacist stating that my husband dropped off a fake prescription for pain meds and law enforcement will have to get involved. I gave the pharmacist my husband's phone number and he called him threatening law enforcement and stating the dental office said they did not authorize this script. One hour and a lot of frantic phone calls later, the dentist admitted fault with this and everything got sorted out. I regret suggesting this place to my husband and am SCREAMING TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN "DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE".

I had an appointment scheduled for January 5 for myself and called to cancel. The receptionist said she doesn't even see an appointment for me in their system, which I know is a mistake on their end because I had an appointment card. Something terribly wrong is happening to this place and everyone should STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

We are new to COS and needed to find a dentist and came across Apple Grove Dental. We were very fortunate to find them. They had great precautions in place due to COVID. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I feel like we've found a dentist that we can stick with for years to come.

I would like say that you have great Dentist Office. I think the team there works great together. I had my visit there and was happy with the service I received. Except two things that have made me decided to look for another dentist. I have three cavities that need to be filled. I can't make in on the Dec. 13 so I have to cancel that date. I can't get in till January. I can't make changes and you guys and no appointments in December. So no your fault just the way the ball bounces. So I will look for another Dentist that is not so big or busy. The second thing is you lost my dental assistant. We have a great contact and personal relationship. I miss her. The one I had was not personal and we had no contact in our visit. Plus I didn't feel my teeth were clean. She was just a little to much worried about my gums. I get it my gums need to be flossed. I told her that I could not due 4 months and she does not get it. It cost money to come in 4 months and economy does help. So in closing I will contact you later for any information I need from you.

You may notice my only other review is for Costco. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and Costco deserves it. So does this place. Dr Chung is great: laidback, intelligent, funny. I walked in their for my first exam and he noticed I still had my wisdom teeth. Totally nonplussed, he asked if I wanted them out that day. I declined because so had to do something later that involved talking, but I did let him take them out later. Besides the fact that he was pulling teeth out of my mouth, we had fun.

Tammy is legitimately awesome, as are all the people who work in the office. Overall, would highly recommend. I am told they like baked goods if you're tryna get on their good side

If you want a good experience while in the chair and a horrible experience later, this is the place for you. A family member recommended that I go to Apple Grove Dental after my long time dentist passed away. The hygienist was great and I ended up seeing Dr. Coval, who told me I needed to have a fillings redone. The fillings were only a couple of years old, but she told me they had bubbled up, so I agreed. After having the fillings redone, one of the teeth was super sensitive and she kept adjusting my bite. Needless to say, I ended up seeing a different dentist due to the excruciating pain in that tooth and less than eight months after my fillings were redone, I need a root canal because of how the filling was done. Totally go to Apple Groove Dental if you would like to spend a couple of thousand dollars later and be in pain for months on end.

From the moment you check-in to the moment you leave, you are treated great here. Everyone is always friendly and kind. The techs are always gentle when doing their work. We have never been charged for an unnecessary services. We came here because we had that issue at another place in town that wanted to charge my husband over 10k for work- Dr. Chung said thankfully he didn't need it! The other place had me fill multiple cavities when I first went so I should have known something wasn't right because I never have cavities. This place is always honest about what you need done. They treat our family with kindness and honesty. Nice to see a place that has not only top quality service but impeccable integrity!

If I could rate this place a 0 I really would. Save yourself and never go to this dentist. They are just money hungry. Idk maybe I went when they were low on money but the completely destroyed my teeth. I never had a cavity my whole life but when I went in they told me I had 14. I went to get 4 filled and they didn't even numb me because they felt they didn't need to. Reality was that they really didn't have to fill anything cause nothing was there it was just an easy $800 for them. After I went here I haven't been able to eat sweets or drink cold beverages. It honestly feels like they gave me cavities on teeth that I've never had issues with before. Now a year down the road I have a gum infection because they messed something up on the filling process. This place is the worst dentist you can ever go to and I hope my situation never happens to anyone because the pain and price is terrible.

I was referred to Apple Grove because of how kind, knowledgeable & helpful they are. From my first interaction with the receptionist, I realized that Apple Grove truly was a very kind office. That held true through my entire appointment with the hygienist, doctor & all the staff I talked to. My hygienist, Tammy, was so awesome. She made me feel so comfortable & had me laughing a few times. Dr. Bates was equally amazing--addressing my concerns & coming up with a game plan for me. I look forward to my future interactions with Apple Grove. And I highly recommend their office!
