Tried to use a local business for a new washer. Mistake! Delivered dented and we were told by the delivery person it was a floor model. We paid full price too.

Business is run haphazardly. When they would call you could hear people yelling about where my home is located. There was confusion the day we ordered it by phone.

Just ordered from home Depot as I should have in the first place.

I bought a dishwasher and was charged $175.00 for the installation. I received no phone calls when it was back ordered or when it arrived. I had to do all the follow up on my purchase. They were 3 1/2 hours late for the install. When I called the office to follow up on why they were late. I was told "I have other customers here so here's the number to the driver y'all figure it out". The install was done improperly, left over parts, loose door, kick plate hanging off, etc. I went to talk to them in person. We made arrangements today for them to redo the installation. No phone calls. They were a no show!!!!!!!! This was the second time I took a day off to deal with these people with nothing to show for it. Save your money and your time because this company isn't interested in offering customer service or a good experience. Once they have your money it's over!

I am very pleased with my appliance's I purchased at this store . I purchased a set of G.E. Kitchen appliances Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and a dishwasher in a slate color . They wipe off easily no finger prints . I also purchased a G.E. Washer and Dryer. The sales guy was very nice and worked us a great price. The delivery was on time snd they did a good job. I would definitely recommend this store .

Got a new dishwasher from them that never worked. Took technician 10 MONTHS to make a repair, and still didn't work. Dishwasher is now just a big drying rack. Do not recommend buying anything here.

Judy was a big help and made a bad time become less bad. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We just wanted her to be recognized for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond and gave Service that you will never find in a big box store.

I had already purchased a washer from AO to replace an older, but working washer.

About a 1 1/2 years after, I desperately needed a new dryer & dishwasher. Both went out within weeks of each other. I was able to find both at appliance outlet.

These purchase were within a budget & we were able to save a little & stay under budget. They were able to deliver & work with me to deliver while I was able to be home. Installation & removal of old appliance. All I had to do was be home.

Glad to have found AO! Will keep them in my list. I'm already looking to change out the remaining appliances in the kitchen in the coming 2 years when we plan to update the entire kitchen. I'll likely head to see Appliance Outlet when we start the renovation planning.

What a great experience purchasing appliances. The people are fantastic here. Friendly, and great with communicating details about the order. Check this place out, they are worth the visit.

We did a kitchen renovation and these people were the stars!!! The prices kicked the big boxes buts and it's always great to know you are supporting a local company.

But the best part was the delivery service. We had Sam and Nick (?) sorry bad with names and they were just fabulous. Polite, and they treated our home like the guests they were, verified that everything worked and even shut the gate behind them so the dogs were safe!

Poor service. When our appliances were finally delivered they were defective. Delivery staff didn't have proper cable to hook up refrigerator so they gave us a taped up cable. New Refrigerator is dented, stove has 1 eye that doesn't work. Would never use them again.

Owner won't return calls regarding purchase. Refrigerator not working properly and missing parts. Appliances delivered timely but dirty. Filed complaint with BBB. Pending resolution, return/ refund requested.

I went to the appliance outlet for a new refrigerator.the sales team was awesome and helpful in every way.they even arranged for it to be delivered the following day.when it was delivered I could not be present.i had someone to be there to open the house and let the delivery team inside.when they was finished.i was contacted and was told they was very rude,hateful and very short answers.wgen I returned home I found they had taken some of my tools with them.the appliance was not even leveled.i had to do the work myself.i think next time I will pay the extra amount for another major appliance store to deliver.i will pay more for the tools taken than the delivery charge by others!!!
