Dustin was great, in less than 5 minutes, problem solved. He is knowable, courteous and prompt. I got him on speed dial now.

Thank you Appliance Repair, Gary came to my workplace && helped us diagnose our freezer issue. Friendly, Nice, Honest && Informative while explaining our freezer's problem. Our freezer wasn't cold enough, all our food started thawing && we serve food daily. Called Appliance Repair early evening && they came by the NEXT DAY!!!! Thank you Gary!!!

Unfortunately, our freezer doesn't have much more of a life. He worked so hard. We will definitely use him again, may be for me own house tooooo!!!! Thank you for being so nice and friendly with everyone.

I see that my experience is similar to others on YELP.

My reply is also, 2 fold. Dustin is extremely responsive. Answered immediately, set up Appt., showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and attempted a temporary fix, because he didn't have the right part. GUARANTEED his work, then charged me $180. Told me if I continued to have problems, call him back, and they would come right back and fix it, as all work is Guaranteed...

2 days later, our freezer started having the same "icing" problem. Called him, texted him, sent pictures of the icing, sent picture of the invoice, requested call back....NOTHING....

Going on 1 month now with no response from Dustin.

Again, they get 2-stars, because he is really responsive.::but unfortunately, poor follow up, and will not stand behind his work.

I really wanted to try and go local, to help out our local contractors, but unfortunately, I think that I will have to go with more reputable sources in the future...

I found Dustin on YELP, he was highly rated...so this makes me start to question the validity of other vendors on Yelp, and the authenticity of its review and rating process...

Dustin responded to my call within 25 minutes of leaving a message on a Friday afternoon. I explained my problem and he set an appointment time span for the following day, Saturday. He called me before arriving to confirm time. He diagnosed the problem and was able to correct the freezer door not closing without having anything more than a service call cost. He went on to explain a manner to keep the door closing properly until it was time to replace the refrigerator, saving me $100's in additional parts and service. He also advised different brands to purchase in the future. Friendly, nice, informative, professional........I highly recommend Appliance Repair808. Got my freezer compartment back in operation until I need to replace the entire refrigerator in the future.

I just back from the hospital after a foot/leg surgery with my leg in a full cast confined to a rented hospital bed in my living room.

Wouldn't you know a few days after coming home, on the weekend, my refrigerator decided to crap out! Oh no! What am I going to do? Talk about stressed out. It's bad enough being bed ridden. Now I have no working refrigerator.

On a Sunday I called every single appliance repair place I could find. I explained to them my situation. Nobody cared. It wasn't even a matter of money. I just needed my refrigerator working asap.

Dustin called me back right away. He truly seemed concerned about my situation. He came out right away and took care of me.

Dustin is not only a great appliance repair man but also a terrific human being. I will never forget what he did for me. Needless to say, I highly recommend him and he will be my go to guy should I ever need appliance repair again.

Boy Dustin, you better clean up your act. Was thinking about hiring you but after reading you 1 star reviews I'd be crazy to give you a chance. Take care of all your negative reviews with an explanation or feed back. I certainly would not like to be one of your negative customers out of my money cuz I gave you a chance

Dustin is an honest repair man with excellent communication. As a a real estate agent and trusted advisor, I know I can trust referring Dustin to others. He's always prompt and on-time, and reasonably priced. You don't need to worry about price gauging.

Very good experience with this company. Called yesterday after 5pm and booked an appointment for today (less then 24 hours) which was a relief because we NEED our dryer. Tech came out earlier which was fine and knew immediately that the dryer was fried. He didn't want to charge us for the diagnoses and even gave us a recommendation on where to buy a reliable dryer. So hard to find honest, ethical people now days. Highly recommend these folks and will use them in the future.

I called on a Friday, Dustin can on Saturday and my ice maker is now working like a champion. Dustin was profession, fast and clearly knew what he was doing. After a few minutes assessing the situation, he isolated the problem called in for a part and then returned later on for the installation.

Dustin was no nonsense and very focused on the getting the job done right. After getting the part, he replaced the ice maker in about 15 min. When I asked about paying him, he said, "I'll call you tomorrow - if it is working you can pay me, if not don't pay me and we will figure out next steps." The ice maker started working in about 12 hours and when he called I was happy to pay the bill. I got the sense that he is honest and confident in his work and skills. I asked him about another repair and he let me know that that type of work was outside his area of expertise. I appreciate that type of clarity and honesty.

I highly recommend him or others at Appliance Repair 808 for repairs.

Also - he wore a mask the entire time and saw the obvious need to provide people space during the crazy pandemic we now live in.

They take your money and never come back to do the job, call many times after their initial visit, left messages and no return phone call. on 2-14-2020, charge my VISA to order part for $274.12, never come back to finish the job, DISAPPEAR! Never use them again, will file complaint for BBB.
