Aquiles Towing & Recovery

My husband got his car stuck in the mud in our friend's backyard two nights ago and we went back this morning and I tried to pull him out with my car which didn't work.
Aquiles Towing was the only company willing to help us, because other places told us they were worried about their tow trucks getting stuck in the mud while trying to pull him out. But Carlos was actually able to pull him out without getting into the mud through some very clever work arounds!
But before he arrived (in about 15-20 minutes!), I told my husband I would move my car to a different location and got stuck in a ditch. Carlos was able to get my car out of the ditch without damaging the bumper at all! Which is amazing because it was in a tough spot.
I will never treat my Camry like a four wheel drive ever again and I don't think we'll ever park in mud again, but just in case you've been an idiot, thankfully there's Carlos at Aquiles Towing to help.

Unprofessional and creepy.

An Aquiles guy pulled his truck straight into my driveway and slid his hook under my car. When I went outside and asked what was going on, he yelled "REPO!" and ignored my further questions while he ran up to my car and started inspecting it. When he determined he had the wrong car (my neighbor has a similar ride), he said "oops sorry" and quickly drove off, damaging my driveway in the process. I called in to complain and whoever picked up the phone tried to laugh the situation off. Typical creepy tow service.

I got fast, friendly service! They were very helpful in getting my car to the repair shop, and took great care of my car the entire time.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I got a flat tire because of some rocks in the road. They were the only ones open at 2am. I waited 5 and a half hours and they never showed. I finally called another company to come help change my flat. I'm disabled and needed help and they just kept giving me the run around. I would not suggest calling them for help. Ever.

Cristian did an amazing job. He showed up in a timely manner even though it was late at night. He gave up updates as he drove to us. Price paid was same exact as quote. Got straight to business, shook everyones hands, immediately hooked up vehicle and delivered to location as instructed. We dont know if he will ever see this review, but we thank him kindly for his service.

Very good communication during a crazy winter storm! Highly recommend for whoever may need a tow!!!

Had to have my car towed to a Toyota dealership. They came within 1/2 hour, loaded it up and went directly there. Paying for it was easy by phone.

Overpriced - $95 for a jump start !! I felt mislead regarding the price, over the phone i asked about the total I was told $54 for the service, then they said it would be an additional $40 for the jump start (I misunderstood it was additional - i assumed $40 for the call plus tax/fees was $54). The Phone operator was unfriendly regarding the situation. The driver, Andy, was very nice and quick to assist when he arrived.
Did they get my battery going? Yes... but I will call another company if I need assistance in the future.

The truck arrived before I expected it to and the service was prompt, friendly, and courteous. Final bill was extremely reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the service. I would recommend Aquiles Towing to anyone!
