I found this place because it had excellent reviews (plus it was close to where I work) and the reviews were right! Jim and his team went above and beyond to help me. They were very friendly and were willing to help me through with questions on getting my side panel repaired. They even picked me up/dropped me off from work while my car was being worked on. When I came to pick up my car, I was surprised to see that they had cleaned up the interior of my car as well as the exterior. Most importantly, they were able to save me money. I highly recommend this place to anyone in NWA area.

We have been using this establishment for many years with complete satisfaction. Jim and his crew has gotten us, our three children and their cars through their teen years. They have always been fair and work has always been exceptional. We highly recommend Arkansa Collision for all your auto body needs.

Where to begin. Ill start by saying Lindsey is awesome to deal with. The lady at the front desk is as well. They are both professional and courteous. I do believe its a good shop, unfortunately I went there during the last hail storm session so my guess is they were a bit overwhelmed. Nevertheless, I brought my vehicle in for the same issue. The work was pretty good, albeit missing a few dents, and some panels not being properly gapped upon receiving. They did fix it right away. I noticed when I got home (unknown) parts floating under my seats? The hood actually popped up while driving down the highway...on two occasions? Never happened before going here. After washing it I noticed some more places they missed from the hail damage. I contacted them and again they were quick to get the truck back and make it right. After 4 days I get my rig back...again have to wait because the hood is not put on properly. I wait two weeks for paint to cure, then wash it. Low and behold I have places in the hood where I can see tape marks and hazing from a poor paint job. I just refuse to take my ride back. It's virtually a brand new truck, that I have invested a lot of money in, in aftermarket upgrades. The only reason for not getting a 1 star is because the front house staff. They need better QC and to be more on top of the shop. I hate to say it but I just can't recommend this place.

This place is top notch on service and quality of work. Worked close with Jim and he's a fantastic guy. There was a kid in my neighborhood who hit my truck and his dad wanted to pay outright vs going through insurance. Jim went above and beyond to help by finding salvaged parts that looked brand new (if the parts didn't look new, he would make them look new). He really helped this family out and kept the costs low and at the end I couldn't be more happy with the results. They even touched up some areas around the truck that needed it and shined it up prior to me picking it up. VERY satisfied customer and will spread the word that they are the place to go.
