Arkansas River Pizza

Amazing new place! Super helpful and friendly staff.. food was great. My buddy and had the Mega Meaty and it was loaded with meat and cheese. Pizza took about 10- 15 minutes to come in and the kitchen seemed busy with other diners orders as well as a contact stream of to go orders.

The crust had a great chew, although i like my pizza crust a bit thicker, this place is legit....

And the milkshakes were bomb! Can't wait for the new soft serve machine and ice cream!!!

Well, I left this place less than satisfied... when we got there we sat down and waited several minutes to be greeted by a server and had to ask for menus. We got our drinks then had to wait about 10 minutes to place our order even after the owner came to ask us how everything was and we informed him that we were still waiting to order... we ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer, 5 traditional wings, and an XL pepperoni pizza.. the server told us the XL pizzas take a little longer to cook since they're bigger.. cool.. no problem.. after waiting 30 minutes for our appetizer another server came by to see if we had ordered, we asked her about our cheese sticks and she said she would check.. after another 10 or so minutes pass the other server came to let us know it was almost ready.. then came back awhile later to let us know it was still not ready... ‍ so we get our cheese sticks... 3 minutes later get our pizza and wings.. the wings looked awful.. they were slimy and gross.. "thin" crust pizza was soaked to death in sauce that reminded me of the sauce that's on chef boyardee.. the pepperonis has some weird twang to them.. basically an extra large extra gross pizza.. When we were leaving I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before I was able to pay.. when the lady told me how much it was my jaw nearly dropped. I suppose the Generic I'm sorry apology made up for the hour long wait for some expensive mediocre pizza. I definitely can't see myself giving them a second try.

This is the best local pizza joint anywhere around the Russellville area. We tried the Mega Meaty, Loaded Potato, and The POP. All 3 were fantastic. The crust is perfect. Very flavorful and thin, without being too crunchy. It holds up well to the massive amount of toppings. The mega meaty is just piled up with tons of meat. Without a doubt the best meat lover pizza I have ever had. The pop is like a supreme but with banana pepper and green olives. They give it just the perfect extra punch without overpowering it with sourness. My personal fav was the loaded potato. It has tater tots, bacon, onion, and a phenomenal homemade ranch sauce. You have to try it! The only thing I could say remotely negative is I would have liked more cheese but next time I will do extra and it will be perfect!
