Arrow - Downtown Raleigh

Excellent haircut! I came in with almost 3 months overgrowth. Prompt service. Good price.

Been to about 6 shops since moving to Raleigh and then I found Eren...my search is over. She's a fade master with a velvet touch. So effective even my 4 year old enjoys his cut with her. Shop is clean and well located with lots of parking options all around.

While great service was provided when initially going to this location. My reservations for "first available" continue to be canceled. This is unacceptable. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will taking my business else where.

This location is where all the newer barbers are being sent by Arrow for training. My last haircut wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I'd recommend one of the other Arrow locations.

I've been going to Arrow for years and have mostly been very happy with the quality of my haircuts. This location is better than others in that respect.

Leaving this review because I'm very unhappy about the recent $10 price increase. My fade always takes less time than a "short cut" does, and now I have to pay even more?? Ridiculous.

$35 + tip is too much for 15 minutes in a barber chair.

I'll be looking elsewhere.

Felling clean, sharp, and looking like a million bucks upon leaving Arrow! This is a cool barber shop without being pretentious or unaccessible, it's hip but not hipster, which means the staff is friendly, you can grab a cold beer if you like, and it has a well done retro-modern aesthetic. Men's cut $21 (as of Sep 2018), and while this is a few bucks more than others Downtown, the cut was great and the experience was enjoyable, problem-free and relaxing.

Lexus cut my hair; she is a wonderful listener and an even better hairdresser with a fun sense of humor - you'll be in good hands with her.

Love your haircut, go to Arrow.

My son has been going to Timmy for a long time. I can't say enough positive about him. He does an amazing job. The place is clean and the staff always friendly. My only complaint and the reason why I don't use them myself and why I can't give them the 5 stars rating they deserve is that they only book appointments for a 2 week out window. I want to book my next appointment as I'm leaving my current one. The front desk staff says they aren't able to do it and they have no idea why they are restricted from doing it. But it is a great business and I have no other concerns.

These guys are awesome and seemed like they were having a great time while doing their job. Most places I go to the staff just seems annoyed or stressed but these guys were actually having fun. Jason was great with my cut and I'd definitely go back to him if I lived in Raleigh!

I've been here a handful of times and usually it's been great, but this last time I went and it was as bad a haircut as I've ever gotten. I'd go back due to them aligning with my stance on masks, but I'll definitely request a different stylist.

I asked the girl not to take too much off the top, and even told her a funny story about one time where a barber cut my hair super short and later that day was mistaken for a
Marine.

Guess she thought I was talking just to hear my own voice, because when I looked up she had cut off about 2 inches from the top.

Now I look like I'm in junior high.

Not everyone wants the same haircut, and when I go to the trouble telling you what I want you've got to listen.

I still tipped. Not sure why.
