Arrow Salon Downtown

My overgrown curls had not been cut by a professional in a LONG time, so I went to Arrow Salon with hope that I could get a great cut that would both nurture my curls, and work well with a blowout. My stylist was Kimberly Keller, and she did a fantastic job giving me a new shape with long layers to help my hair curl better. She was detailed and thorough and fun to chat with. She spent most of her career doing hair in San Diego- where I used to live- so I immediately had a ton of trust in her because I know the bar is set MUCH higher for everything in SoCal, especially beauty practices. The blowout she did was amazing and she made it feel super soft in the end. The real test was a few days later when I washed again and let it curl- and it definitely curled MUCH better than it had in years. Thanks Arrow and Kim!

Kim is by far the best hair stylist in Pensacola!!! Moved here a year ago, 7 stylists that didn't get it right, so glad I found her!!! Book with her, you won't be sorry!!

Blondes, go to Darrell!! He was a fantastic stylist for me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I was looking for an update to my blonde highlights that would be brighter but not too platinum. As you can see, he did an absolutely phenomenal job of granting my wishes, all while keeping the look incredibly natural! I would recommend him to anyone looking to try out Arrow salon. He was very friendly and clearly experienced. The rest of the staff also does a great job of making you feel welcome! Not to mention the prices are competitive and they recycle all of their empty products. Arrow salon is definitely the place to go in Pensacola!

I had the best experience at Arrow Salon, Kim gave me exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She knows her stuff and was very professional. Great vibe, cool staff, awesome haircut! It's the kind of salon you are always trying to find!

Love, love, love this salon! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and it's such a great atmosphere. My stylist, Eleanor, is so talented and professional, while being super easy to talk to! She is my hair superhero. I'll be bringing my boys here to get their haircuts for sure, and I'll be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for great stylists!

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I have been dying my hair for over 15 years and I have never had such horrible customer service experience or hair results. I went in for a service that usually takes ten minutes (called a base break-simple process that lifts the root color a shade) and they took over an hour bleached my hair with no authority and turned it bright orange. The stylist who I will be kind enough to not name, had no bed side manner, admitted it was totally orange, and told me the only way to fix it would be to dye it dark. STAY AWAY from this place. Go to Volume One that's literally like a block further and amazing .. results from Arrow below. I was so embarrassed and I went directly to Volume One walked in and they luckily had someone available to fix it... I had to spend 200 dollars to fix something that usually cost 30.00.

Best salon around staff is amazing and very friendly! Cyndi is amazing with my blonde hair I'm constantly giving out her information to people who stop me and want to know where I get my hair done.

Darrell was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. He took so much time to get ever single strange right, when most people would've just cut my hair straight across. Definitely knows what he's doing and definitely a perfectionist you can trust. Ladies, don't be scared; he'll probably pay more attention to your hair than most women. Definitely reccommend!

Great salon on Palafox in Pensacola! Appointment was easy to make online and loved that it is in the heart of downtown PNS. Megan cut my hair and did a great job! Very cool urban vibe and everyone is really friendly! Will definitely be back when it's time for another haircut!

Schedule an appointment over one month in advance for 915 on July 11. Getting a cut and color since we are leaving on vacation the next day. Did everything online. When I showed up for the appointment they had no record of it. They advised me that I shouldn't use their online booking because they have problems with it. Then why the hell do you have it?
