Arrowhead Clinic

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I've visited multiple times with a family member, and the lack of urgency, professionalism, and order drives me crazy!!! The wait is always ridiculously long (whether the clinic is full or not) and I feel bad for the poor girls up front who have to remain calm dealing with such disgruntled patients. They always try their best, but what more can they do? Once you've crossed the lobby threshold it's literally like walking into another clinic. The women in the back hall make no attempt to your greet you, and after bringing my aunt here so many times, you would think they'd at least know her name. The main Dr. doesn't make it any better, she is very rude, condescending, and impersonal. The way she spoke to my aunt when asked a simple question was unacceptable. Yesterday was by far one of the worst visits!!!! After waiting to be seen for over an hour I was able to convince my aunt to leave without being seen. The entire time I witnessed the women in the back stand around, laugh, eat, and do everything else BUT their job. And like always the Dr. ( Valerie I believe) did not leave her office, while chaos happened around her. My suggestion would be to cancel the entire back hall (Dr. included) and start over !!!!!!! Due to the fact that my aunt is still being seen I have decided to keep her anonymous , but I am surely working on convincing her to just leave the entire clinic!! Arrowhead please do better !!!! We used to love this location, this isn't our first rodeo!!!

All they want is money and could care less about your treatment hence why the count visits and determine your need by $$$ also will leave you waiting on the table while talking about the latest gossip , lastly no personality just rude only met one dr that was nice Dr William
