Sunday morning, i called for pedicure appt for 2 people, and requested particular technician Tiffany and Nikki per reviews, one of them was available and they accommodated our appt time
Place is located in mall area with good numbers of shops. As its name imply, they do offer drinks i believe it's complimentary, i asked for just water they served small bottles of water with cookie which was nice.. and pedicure chair was comfy with good massage options. Our techs explained to us about their other spa pedicure
We got hot stones with +5 extra, i think they put in more time for massage since we added that..
i honestly did not like the way my tech filed my toe nails. Straight without filing corner and the cuticle was not thoroughly cleaned which affects nail polish does not look neat

At the end of check out, front desk person doesn't seem to be the same person as the person who checked us in, she was on her phone did not even acknowledge our presence i tried to get her attention then she just told us "hold on" without looking and took her time to finish texting and then checked us out, i thought that was pretty rude not only keeping us wait but also no word of apology

Moved to the area about 6 months ago and started going to Artech. I had Annie the very first time and will NEVER LOOK BACK! Annie does a flawless job on manicures and pedicures. I don't trust just anyone with my nails but Annie will certainly take care of you. My friends have had the other nail techs here and they rave about them as well. The salon is very clean, inviting, and welcoming. The pricing is also very fair for the service that you receive. Artech and Annie will be my go to for as long as I can foresee.

My favorite nail salon in the area! It's always very clean and the staff is super friendly. Cathy always makes my nails look perfect and exactly as requested. They keep up with trends and their nail art comes out perfectly every time! I highly recommend trying out Artech.

Update, 2 days in and 3 nails chipped, and one cracked down the middle. Since getting these done I have not done hard labor or anything, grocery shopping and sitting at work.

I posted a review when I went that was fairly positive, except for fact that person kept trying to upswell me. Only a few weeks later, when returning to my regular place, did I discover how badly they damaged my nails.

I love coming here, everyone is always so nice! Tiffany does my mani/pedis and she is the sweetest and always does a wonderful job. She even remembered me when I hadn't been in for a year. And Kathy the owner is very welcoming and always remembers people by name as they come in. Love the ambiance, the spa pedicure is amazing! I always look forward to coming!

Every part of the experience at Artech is always fantastic. I love Nikki. I don't get in as often as I should but my spa pedicure is always heavenly. I work with my hands so they are ... well a disaster, and Nikki always transforms them. It was the night before my wedding last time I was in and Nikki talked me into an eyebrow wax (I hate getting them done, it hurts and rarely looks natural). She made them perfection!!! And painless.
My mother sees Annie for a mani/pedi once or twice a month and loves her experience. I've never seen her enjoy girly activities, but she loves Artech and Annie.
Great for a one person good time or go as a group and do a girls night! I cherish my mommy/daughter mani/pedis.

Nails turned out nothing like I asked for. I showed the nail tech a pic of nails with thin French tips. I wanted a thin French tip as a pop of color... When I first saw how thick the line was I told her I wanted the pink to be a thinner line and she told me it wouldn't look good because my nails are "too long". I asked a few times to make them thinner and she wouldn't. I had black acrylics before and there's still black on some of my nails, the acrylic is bumpy, the French tips are crooked, thick and the lines aren't smooth. I had glue and cuts on all of my fingers. I've had 4 nails pop off within one week of having them. I have been getting acrylics for years and have never had nails pop off like they are press ons. Never going back.
