Aspen Dental - Private Practice of Cherry Creek

Clearly a very experienced team and I'd be comfortable having any one of their dentists or hygienists treat me. Highly recommend. clearly a privately owned practice by doctors who take great pride in their work.

Avoid this place if you can! I recently started a new job and had an upcoming appointment and called them to make sure my new dental insurance was covered, they confirm that they take my insurance & that it's covered but don't tell me that it's out of network. I then get a bill for them for the out of network charge from my insurance, I call them to ask them to cover this because I have a voicemail from them confirming that they take my new dental insurance and failing to mention that it's out of network. They refuse to cover and tell me no one by the name of the person who left me the voicemail who works at aspen dental & that no one here would try to scam people by not telling them their insurance is out of network.

Delta dental is the only insurance company that is considered in network, they told me when I called about the bill. Which would have been great to know when I called originally to see if my insurance was covered.

Great Drs,,, always friendly and they explain everything that they're doing, without rushing. The office staff is very friendly and explain all charges. I highly recommend them!!

Hoity-toity practice... I went here initially to have a cleaning done around 2 years ago. The customer service and professionalism went downhill with time. At my last visit the dentist said my teeth were dirty and needed to be cleaned... my last cleaning had been with their practice 5 months earlier. They were also incredibly rude/ unprofessional when I changed an appt to have a painful tooth checked, rather than a cleaning. Both the dentist and staff made a big deal about it, put notes in my chart that I wasn't allowed to have my teeth checked next time, etc. Needless to say I have gone to a new dentist where shaming the patient and blaming the patient aren't part of the "bedside manner" ‍

They have gone above and beyond with kindness. I'm terrified of the dentist and they have been very comforting. They make their procedures thorough but equally quick and painless. They are right by where I work but go on my days off just because they truly know what they are doing. I will go back to them for any dental work needed.

I am so glad I go to this practice. Not only do they superb dental work, the office staff is helpful and professional (thank you, Angela!). They helped my 88-year mother with a dental issue while she was in town, and I am so grateful to them for helping our family keep our teeth healthy.

I literally drive from wheat ridge to go to Aspen Dental. The staff really listens to your concerns and they always do such a good job. Dana is especially amazing, takes so much time with cleaning my teeth each time I go!

Dana was the best dental hygienist I have ever worked with. She did a few things that especially stood out. She overall was very aware of what it feels like to be the patient and in the dentist's chair. She didn't make me hold my mouth open too wide or for too long, always making sure to pause so I could rest my jaw and stay comfortable. She explained things very clearly throughout the visit without being overwhelming. She was completely nonjudgmental. Overall she was really encouraging and it seemed like she really loves her job. For the first time I actually look forward to my next cleaning!

Beautiful office, friendly staff, state of the art technology, sum up my visits to this practice. It's obvious that the staff work together as a team and get along well. It's the first time in a visit to a dentist that I've received overall health screenings like blood pressure, and oral cancer screening. It's very comforting that they do this. I used to fear going to the dentist as my teeth are very sensitive and cleanings were painful. Make an appointment to get your teeth cleaned with dental hygenist Dana and she'll take great care of you. She is so gentle and caring and is guaranteed to greet you with a smile! Dana is what brought me to this practice (I'd been with her for 15 years at another dentist office), and I've just been so impressed with the rest of the office as well. The 30 minute drive from Golden is worth it!
