Come here for authentic Hawaiian Shirts made in Hawaii, gorgeous dresses too - so many sizes. Jasmine has everything you could think of to bring home to family and friends and keepsakes of your treasured memories. Cool jewelry, shot glasses, necklaces. So much clothing great options. A must stop. Dress and hair clip photo.

Do not miss shopping here when you're lucky enough to be on Maui! The wonderful Jasmine, her beautiful children Cash and Ivy, and awesome dog Elijah make At Witt's End a must stop. My wife and mother stopped by this shop because it looked like they sold cute items, but they had a horrible experience with the owner, Jasmine. A younger male was initially assisting them with finding a necklace for my 16 month old son, when she approached them. When my wife and mother told her that they wanted to see other designs of necklaces for a young child or other items for young children, instead of showing them some of the other items in her store, she repeatedly demanded that they tell her specifically what they wanted. At one point, the younger male tried to continue to help them, but Jasmine said something along the lines of, "I'll translate what they are saying, but they are not answering my questions" (My wife and mother are of Asian descent, but both were born in the US and speak perfect English). As they were leaving the store, Jasmine caught up to my Mom, gave her a business card, and told her, "Come back again when you're not rushed and having a better day." They were having a great day until they stopped by this store. Jasmine makes nice items, but she was very condescending and rude throughout the whole interaction, and her "translate" comment came off as racist. We will definitely not be coming back.

Aloha Ryan, Jasmine here I will start off by saying your feedback is appreciated…
I will take this opportunity to share with you how this all went down
since you weren’t there and your ladies have told you quite a story.
Factually we do own the business me and my children pictured on the business card I enthusiastically gave to your family. I will also mention that my son is specifically disappointed that you would leave a poor review of our business. We both tried to genuinely help your family members.
When I gave them our card it was with the intention that they would have a chance to come back when they had more time or to shop with us online since business is what we’re in.
While helping others in our boutique my son called out to me for help with your family. I asked him to hold on as I was still with other customers. The other customers said they would continue to look around on their own (I was helping to find their baby boy and other family members matching apperal) allowing me to check on your ladies.
The necklaces in question (keiki-child size) were displayed in front of them in a multitude of different colors and designs. Assuming that they didn’t see one they loved I mentioned that I do make my jewelry to order so I did ask repeatedly what they wanted in an attempt to help them find what they were perhaps looking for.
When I asked what color they didn’t say when I asked what design they didn’t say. We were all standing in front of a generous selection of keiki sized necklaces so it was confusing.
When I said I’ll translate what they are saying it had nothing to do with the languages they do or do not speak as you’re implying or with what ethnicity they appear to be (seriously Ryan you weren’t even there to see them both disregard my questions while I stood there nursing my baby & waiting to get back to helping our abundance of other lovely customer people). When I said I’ll translate I was being sarcastic because often children don’t communicate well yet these were two adults that didn’t have clear answers to what I feel were very clear questions.
Additionally when I pointed out the even more expansive selection of children’s jewelry I create in another area of our large store they walked past the entire display and that’s when I realized they must be in an incredible hurry and gave them a business card. At this time I mentioned coming back with more time to shop and I most definitely wished them a better day because hey who doesn’t want that?
After this interaction I went back to helping the other customers & we chatted about how they also didn’t understand your family members behaviors and we concluded that I was as helpful as I could possibly be.
I apologize that my attitude wasn’t well received and for any feelings it may have stirred up for your family members.

My husband loves to come and visit this cute this boutique when we're in the area. I can't believe he remembers it!
It has your typical aloha souvenirs which are always fun to look through.
I was looking for a humpback whale sticker (and I'm very particular!) so, I was very happily surprised to find the perfect sticker for my water bottle!
When I was paying for my sticker, I found another basket of stickers to search through! I found a "Love is love, is love, is love" sticker, and an "I love Maui" button!

I was SHOCKED to read the negative reviews, truth be told my entire interaction was with Cash, the young understudy to Jasmine. I saw Jasmine working in the corner, Cash was given full responsibility for the store.
I was immediately greeted by Cash who asked me if I thought I could survive under water with no dive tanks and just a bucket. I was ready for this challenge, empathic 'YES!,' you trap air in the bucket and slide your head in. I was on the same page as Cash, I think I gained nominal respect.
After asking if I need any assistance, I came across an obscure item, a Maui themed guitar pick. My oldest is taking up the base guitar - I guess UCSB has inspired her? Cash was enthusiastically working the register when we crossed paths again. I put down my guitar pick, with no UPC code and said, "I bet you don't know how much this cost." Cash punched at the keys and said, "I bet you didn't think about tax, you owe $1.56!" Cash got me!
This store has lots of knick knacks, with a strong emphasis on Hawiian themed apparel. Why Go? There is absolutely some gift for someone that you can find at this store. Did I mention that Cash is about 8 years old and worth the price of admission? Think along the lines of child actor from Jerry Maguire, Ray. I will NOT have a more pleasurable transaction this vacation. The only horrible service I've ever had in Maui was here. I'm not sure if she had a bad day or if she is naturally so rude. My family and I were so excited to be supporting an island business; we'd thought we should spend money elsewhere than the ABC store.
The four of us had our hands full of awesome items, ready to check out. There was a young boy helping us and we were ready for him to ring us up. We were happy to see him working and thought nothing bad of it/his age. (My family and I are all about a family-run business, as we have our own). He needed a price check for a certain clothing item; so my aunt went to check the price and tell him. After telling him price, the kid claimed he could not take prices from customers so we went outside to get his mom to do a price check for us.
She proceeded to come in, and yell at my aunt, "He is perfectly capable of helping you"! We tried explaining we knew that and understood completely. Instead of taking time to listen to us at all, we were yelled at over and over again. We got flipped off on the way out, putting our items down, and were again yelled at by the lady and her son, "Don't come back!"

This is a wonderful store for souvenirs and more. Tons of locally made items, not a bunch of imported garbage like the tourist traps. Elijah is a sweet, sweet dog. The kids helped run the store and were just as sweet and perhaps cuter than the dog, but only perhaps. I mean, Elijah was wearing a t-shirt. Who can compete with a dog in a shirt?
I found a new wallet since I gave my son mine. We'll be back for a shirt for our dog, Charlie, and for friends and such back on the mainland. The owner, and I didn't catch her name, was funny and sweet. She gave tons of local info and made us feel so welcome. When you stop by for bites and brews at Maui Brewing, stop by here. You won't regret it.

Walked into this store and they first thing I noticed was it smelled bad inside. They had some cute things and decent prices. Once I was ready to check out a young boy was at the register to help us. He didn't know some of the prices so I ran to find the prices to tell him. He said he couldn't take my word for it he had to be told the prices by his mom (I totally understand). His mom was outside talking to someone so I opened the door and asked if there was someone who could help us with the checkout because the boy needed some help with pricing. She instantly snapped at me and said "he is fully capable of checking you out", I said "yes but he needs some help with pricing" she snapped at me again and said "thats not what you said, he is fully capable of checking you out and it's passed hours". I didn't know it was passed hours, we just walked in and the open sign was on. I reiterated to her that I didn't have a problem with her son ringing me up but he just needed help with prices. She continued to talk over me and say "thats not what you said" even though that's exactly what I had said. As she walked in she kept making rude comments so I said
"never mind, I don't want anything from your store". There was 4 of us there ready to purchase but we all walked out. As we were walking out her son said "and don't come back". She continued to make comments to us as we walked out. I have never experienced anything like this before. Such rude and aggressive behavior. It's really sad. Hey Tiff! I failed to communicate that we were closed absolutely my mistake as this interaction was avoidable.
For folks reading Tiffany's passionate review she loudly approached me while my baby girl slept on my shoulder she was demanding and impatient and began yelling about how rude I was even though we allowed she and her friends into our private business after hours. Fortunately most people that shop our families boutiques don't behave like these 4 ladies. Thinking back I remember none of them seemed very happy to be visiting our beautiful Maui, they gave off the vibe that they were going to have something bad to say regardless. These ladies are likely here because they found cheap flights. Overall it felt like they were out of touch with the realities affecting our Lahaina community and they expected us to lower our standards and just deal with them and their doodoo personalities. I am sad to see this store has a few one star reviews! My family went in and we were greeted by Jasmine and her son. I could see how some people could take her BOLD personality the wrong way. We ended up staying in her store chatting away as my husband was jokingly blaming me for breaking mirrors and that quickly turned into us staying in her store for much longer than we planned. She was one of the most genuine people we met on the island. I keep wishing I would have went back as her store was filled with so much stuff I wish I had bought! Don't pass her store up!
