ATX Seamless Gutters

The box-style gutters Brian and his team installed add beautiful functionality to my home. The installation took a little longer than was originally projected, so pack your patience and anticipate that the schedule may be a while out. Brian delivered a few creative suggestions that made it worth waiting for. The price was better than 2 other quotes I recieved.

This process has been very disappointing!
The day of estimate they were a no show.
After complaining they sent installer to do measurements which was fine.
Took several days to get price which we agreed to.
We had a special section of round gutter which later to find out they did not have a machine for.
The day of install they did not show!
When I questioned if they were going to make it that day I was told several times within the hour.
Finally one guy showed up and set in front of house for an hour or waiting for his partner.
The box gutters were installed in timely fashion.. but since found out not completely correct.
Found corners not sealed and all mounting screws not tightened down!
At the end of day still no machine for round gutter.
We paid complete price that day.
Was promised they would return on Monday or Tuesday to install.. crew did not show for a week.
Which at that time the had our round gutter strapped to they truck.
Also I asked to have additional gutter installed on my garage.
They did that at same time.
They had to complete a connection which the did but had the wrong corner piece!
Which they tech told Brian and he said they would come back and correct.
This Also has never happen.
Very disappointed and upset that they will not ever answer text or call.

After getting quotes and recommendations from three local companies, we chose ATX Seamless a few months ago. Brian was east to communicate with, quick to respond with a reasonable quote, and very professional. I was impressed with the 1 day install and quality of the workmanship. Now that we have had our first few rains, we can see that everything is working as it should be. Thanks Brian!

0 points for being professional. The guy was 4 hours late for the appointment (which happens). When he finally showed up, he was confused and rushed. Did not take any measurements of the house. before leaving he promised to send a quote by EOD, it has been about a week and we are still waiting on the quote!

I don't typically leave reviews, but when I do it's for good reason. I had my gutters installed a few months ago and I thought they did great, but I started noticing issues during heavy rain that would require them to come back out to fix a couple of things. Like other reviews have stated, getting them to come back out to fix something is a challenge in itself.

I initially got a hold of Richard by phone to state my issue. He promised to call me back within a couple of days to confirm what time they would be out to fix it on the following weekend. A weeks went by and I still hadn't heard from him, so I called back and left a voicemail after no one answered. Another few days went by without any response, so I called again and, guess what, no one answered, so I left another voicemail. Eventually, I received a text message from Richard where he promised someone would be by on the coming Saturday, but I could never get him to confirm a time. Saturday came and went and my gutters were still not fixed. I finally decided to call Richard from a different phone, and lo and behold he answered! By now, I was very annoyed and frustrated and I made it known to him, and what does he do? He tells me "hang on, hang on" and then hangs up on me. Long story short, after over a month of trying to get them to come out for 20 minutes to fix an issue, it finally got done.

So heed my warning, Richard is the most unprofessional, rude, and flakiest person I have ever worked with. If you have an issue that requires fixing, good luck getting a hold of him. Save yourself the headache. Save yourself the time. Go with a different company (even if it's more expensive).

I am assuming they are closed down. No answer to my calls and messages. Favebook messages unanswered and no website. They previously had done gutters for our home, about average job. But they needed to fix one section and lower the downspouts. Ended up going with another company. I consider this shop closed and told my neighbors not to bother.

Their prices are right and they are in time .
Very organized, clean and professional. They came and in a matter of a few hours they where done. They clean up after their work and also gave me a warranty on the service done.
The installation is seamless and make my house look really good.

My gutters were installed when the house was built, 2002. They were leaking in many places and needed replacing. ATX Gutters was the first company to call me and came to my house that same day to give me an estimate. Brian was very nice and knowledgeable concerning the business. He gave me a bid and began working on installation the following week. He did most of the work himself and did a great job. Thank you ATX Gutters and Brian.

I am really sorry that I have to resort to social media to attempt to get some response from this company. They were quick to call me back to schedule my gutter installation, were very friendly and seemed to do a good job. A few weeks later we had the first rain and I noticed some problems. Since then (a couple of months ago) I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and have not gotten any callbacks. I have sent emails and have gotten a couple of generic responses asking for my address, but no calls or specific emails regarding fixing the problems. How hard is it to pick up the phone and return a call????
