Jerome was amazing! He did such a great job in my brakes and referred me to another company for my windshield and some used parts I need. Excellent service. Great price.

I've been using Jerome for my 2006 Tacoma and my wife's 2008 4 runner and we are both 100% happy every time he works on our vehicles. He is always on time, communicates well and most importantly he fixes things right and at a great price. We both recommend him highly!!

Had Jerome come out this morning and he was wonderful! Battery died and he came out and replaced it quickly and was very reasonably priced and pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Not only was the service fast. He was willing to come out to my job and did a full diagnostics to check everything! Was professional! Called him a little after 8am and he was there no more than an hour. He explained everything. His quote was affordable and amazing. Made sure everything worked before leaving. All my coworkers were impressed and wanted a card!

Absolutely despicable customer service! Jerome came out to fix our air in our car and it stopped working a week later. When he was told about it he put us off for days then responded with "There is something else wrong with your car other than what I fixed. Take it in to another mechanic." Said this without even coming to look at it or attempt to provide customer service! It was the problem last week when you were charging me! Now I have 6 kids to drive around like this until I can get it in somewhere and I'm out my $400!! Never... never... never use this man!

YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!! WARNING!! Jerome did not fix the leak in my truck. I needed an oil change and a leak fixed. I explained to him that I expect an upfront price before he does the work. He diagnosed after getting help over the phone that I had a transmission fluid leak. He said it would be $280 to fix and I agreed. I said ok we can do the oil change at the same time, he said he had already done it and it's $130 and I've already sent you the bill for that. I was not happy but whatever. He came back to fix the leak after getting parts, fixed it and sent me a bill for $338. Said the part was more expensive. I was upset but ok, if the leak is fixed it's ok, I don't mind to pay. Two weeks goes by, on Vacation and whatnot, I notice oil on the garage floor, I figured it must be old oil I didn't clean. I cleaned the floor, but new oil is leaking in the same spot it has. I contacted Jerome without any apologise says I should take it to shop and have it leak checked. If that's his recommendation after taking my hard earned money then maybe it should have been his recommendation before taking my hard earned money. Also noticed that the plastic guard under the truck has been broken and now I guess I'm stuck with that bill too!

Great service and very fairly priced. Used him for a brake job on my 2006 Nissan Armada and not only did he do that but he also reset my system to take care of the low tire light. I highly recommend!
