Kellie and her team at Avanti Medical Center have changed my life! I get pellet injected hormone replacement therapy to increase my testosterone and I have never felt better. They took me from around 620 (half a tank) to about 1200 and not only did I have more energy, but I lost weight, gained muscle, stopped experiencing depression and anxiety, and just overall felt better. It is a quick and easy procedure and I go in every six months to get a refill. I'll post a before and after below. My experience with Avanti Medical Spa in Lehi for laser hair treatment has been a complete disappointment. I had high expectations based on their promises of results, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver on multiple levels.
 
First and foremost, their laser hair treatment was inconsistent due to their machine frequently malfunctioning. As a result, they canceled not just one, but multiple appointments last minute, citing issues with their equipment. This prolonged my treatment process, and I had to go through the hassle of rescheduling multiple times, disrupting my schedule and wasting my time. It was frustrating to see their lack of attention to maintaining their equipment and providing reliable service to their clients.
 
The inconsistency in their treatment caused me to essentially pay more money as I had to start the treatment process over. This not only drained my finances but also caused me to lose faith in their ability to provide effective and reliable treatment. Their lack of professionalism and failure to honor their commitments was truly disappointing.
 
What's even more frustrating is that despite these repeated issues, Avanti Medical Spa showed a lack of care and concern for my dissatisfaction. They did not take any responsibility for their failure to deliver the promised results, and their solution to rectify the situation was a $50 credit which felt like nothing when I had spent a thousand dollars already for unsuccessful treatment and when could I ever use it with their machine always broken. Their lack of accountability and customer service was appalling, and it left me feeling cheated and frustrated.
 
As a result, I am now out of hundreds of dollars and must seek treatment elsewhere to achieve the desired results. My experience with Avanti Medical Spa has been nothing short of disappointing and inconvenient. I would caution others to be wary of their unreliable service and lack of care and explore other options for laser hair treatment.

All of the ladies here are fabulous and so loving! It is the first place, after searching for years, that really heard me and were able to help me with my hormones after my hysterectomy. I have been on hormone therapy with them for 9 months and my life has changed so much! Super grateful for them and their expertise and their friendship

I got a touch up laser hair removal appointment here and at the time they were doing 50% off all laser so it was way cheaper than any other place I had contacted. They have a very stylish chic waiting room. The technician that did mine was easy to talk to and very quick. She made sure my skin was reacting appropriately and I was comfortable before turning up the settings. They have a unique horse shoe entrance to exit so you don't have to pass by anyone in the waiting area for you added privacy. I'll definitely be going back for all my touch up needs.
