Made an appointment same day and luckily got in. Located in the same shopping plaza as the good Marshall's in Aventura. Got there a couple minutes early and picked my colors. Definitely preferred the selection of the OPI over the Essie. Minutes later when it was my turn they asked what did I want done first? Thank you so much this truly is a game changer as if you do my feet first I will definitely smug my nails guaranteed.

I chose a dark beige for my nails nice change for Fall and a Dark Brown for my toes called Never Give Up. Both technicians were pros. Especially Rosie who did my pedicure. She did a great job waiting long enough to put on my paper flip flops before sending me on my way.

The cost come on now we are in Aventura! Loved the nails not so much the cost. Since Covid seems the price of nails has more than doubled and that I don't love but seems the same all over no matter where you go.

Clean relaxing environment and crystal chandeliers when you come in. Some of the customers looked intense for their appointments like it was a matter of life and death. Lol the drama of it all. The receptionist was therefore a saint.

Went for a color change for my mother and they wanted to charge for a full manicure. I had gel varnish and asked for it to be removed and do a color change. A very inexperienced man filed my nails almost to the skin with a machine without me knowing what he was doing since I've never had my gel removed like that. When I realized, my nails were paper thin and they've been braking one by one. Don't go there. Horrible

Been going for years to the aventura nail 21 salon they have very good nail technicians. I do with the same person always, this time i tried someone else she is very clean takes her time, my only problem now i went to do polish change and they charged me 15 dollars thought it was too much just to take off my polish and paint on top, this is not gel. Would not recommend for polish change there are plenty of places that do this service for less.
as far as manicure and pedicure yes, you can try it it's good.

I went this week and I must say they took me really fast without having an appointment, however on my nails, the work was mediocre for the high price they charge (although considering the area they're located, I know why they charge their price). The shaping of my nails don't look good and the lady took a long time so I didn't complain, I just wanted to leave. As for my pedicure, price was pricey, but I liked how the young girl took her time and gave a mini foot massage. I think I would only go back for pedicures in the future.

Pretty good value for a gel mani and pedi here. I chose this after work over getting it done in Brickell where I live and where it costs double the price. They have an extensive color selection and do a nice job. I just wish it was a little more relaxing. You're quite crammed. They fit so many manicure stations into a small space.

My mum and I went here to get an acrylic Fill with gel and a regular mani and pedi. We made a very last minutes appointment and they were very accommodating, even started my appointment 30 mins early. They have a bunch of gel and dip nail colors.

My acrylic nails were lifting a lot on the side and my tech took the time to filing them down and fix each nail. She was very gentle expect for one little Nick with she cleaned up immediately. My tech listened to all of my comments and made the adjustments. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the techs don't let my gel set under the lights for long enough but she encouraged me to keep my hand in for the full time. I wished I knew my techs name to give her props.

All of our services cost $92. Not bad

Best Quality! Amazing service! Always accommodating. Call in last minute and they'll work you in if they can.

Horrible owner, very nasty. Super pricy!! Most basic pedi $40!!!! Not worth it!! Stay away from this place

I used Gina at Salon 21 three times and will never go back! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend Gina to anyone. She's not friendly and not even pleasant. When I ask a question, she doesn't respond! She does what SHE wants to do and not what I ask her to do. At first I thought it was my imagination but I gave Gina three tries and each time she got progressively worse!
This last time I asked her to show me what color pink polish she has and she just showed me 1 color and I didn't care for it and asked her for other pink polish. She didn't show me anything else. Finally, her co - worker showed me other pink colors. I wouldn't recommend Gina nor Salon 21. There are so many great salons around that do a great job, are clean and have a friendly and welcoming staff.

Because I'm not a regular, they send me to the first available. I've been twice and so far, I've been very pleased.

The ladies do great mani/pedis. Most impressive is that it lasts for weeks.

I'll definitely be back.
