I have been with few insurance companies, Farmers, State Farm, and now Allstate. The experiences I had with insurance companies were a mixed bag, some were decent, and some not so much.
Alice at Allstate has been great since we made the switch last year. Every time we called, the phone is always promptly answered. I had few more complicated questions and sent Alice an email, and she responded within the same day with detailed answers. Went in for auto insurance and had such an amazing experience! I felt very much welcomed the second I walked into the door. My agent was so nice and patiently explained all the details regarding my policy. It's very obvious that they are very well trained and be able to answered all the questions I had! Definitely will recommend to all my friends and families!

Im disgusted with this company and office. I purchased a home and auto policy through Allstate. When I found out my previous insurance provider was cheaper for the same coverage, I switched back. Now Allstate is refusing to refund my overpriced overpaid amount and the agent can't seem to do anything. It's been more than 30 days, she's sorry it's a new policy she didn't know about but too bad so sad. Not her fault and she can't do anything. They owe me over $500 and I need that money.

We are a small business dedicated to helping customers, but unfortunately we do not set the price of the policies we offer.
When you reached out to us to cancel your policy, we processed the request right away. What we couldn't do was to refund the entire premium you had paid prior to your cancellation request. Your previous insurance company (the one you switched back to) had never notified us of the cancellation and we had no way of knowing that you were back with your previous insurance company.
Please understand that we do not process the payment and the decision to refund is not up to us at the agency level.
We understand your frustration, and we tried everything within our capacity to get your premium refunded. We hope you can reconsider that the situation was beyond our control and that our effort to get your premium refunded deserve better than the worst review.
As a small business, your review matters. If there is anything we can do to mend your negative view of our agency, please let us know.
