B Bliss Spa

Booked an appointment with a non-refundable deposit. When we showed up for the appointment, no one was there to do the service. The owner would not answer calls or text. No apologies offered or any attempts to make it right. Would definitely not recommend this place!!


The manager was there true, but SHE was then one that was trying to contact you while we were right there in your lobby and you would not respond. You knew the day before that the nail tech had quit. You could have informed us then that you only had one nail tech to service the 5 people in our party. As for the "comp" items, the gummies and the wine were received by the 3 individuals who actually paid for massages. Per your manager, these comps are offered to every customer. The hot stone massage was ordered by the one individual who received it when the package was originally booked. The manager stated that the birthday girl got a free additional service and SHE chosen the bamboo. As for us choosing to stay the two hours while waiting on those getting a massage, we had to wait. We rode in one care. When we originally booked the party of five, you said you could accommodate with no problem. When we arrived, there two massage therapist to do FIVE messages and no nail tech. Yet, all this was supposed to be done in a two hour time slot???

I wish I didn't even have to give one star, but y'all need to know about this so-called business person...

B. BLISS SPA ON BLAST!!!!

Sisters-in-law were in town for a Spa day, massages and pedicures, five (5) of us, FIVE.

First, you do not, cannot conduct business via text message!!! THAT should have been my first clue!!!

You SAID you could accommodate all five of us. We arrive there are TWO therapists, TWO for FIVE people. The nail tech was a no-show, so no pedies. Only three of five massages cause we didn't want be there aaaalll day!!!!

The hot stone massage was luke warm at best, her hands were cold and the ENTIRE spa was cold.

That vibrating waterbed massage table was annoying as hell!!!!

AND... she KNEW well before the day of our appointments she didn't have people but wasn't professional enough to tell us!!!

The owner wasn't even woman or person enough to come and face us in person or answer a call.

THANK YOU FOR RUINING THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!!!!

I went to this place due to sciatic nerve pain and that they were open on Sunday, in spite of the high prices because I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I even asked the masseuse before she started if she had experience with sciatica and she said yes. I am in more pain now than before I went. When I called to let her know she made no attempt at customer service or to make things right. I should've known better as they make you pay before you even go that this place was money hungry but I was desperate. Do not spend your hard earned money here. It is not appreciated.

The facials I received from a former employee were amazing. However, she left due to unprofessionalism so I went to go retrieve product that I ordered through the spa and the cleanser that they gave me was half gone. I was lied to and they told me only a little bit was used. When I asked for a full refund they said that they were only refunding me half of the amount I paid for the cleanser then I was ghosted after questioning why the math wasn't adding up. What kind of a "professional" spa uses product that a client ordered?

I have been for a couple massages now, and I just want to say that Amber is the bomb. She knows every she is doing

I cannot even begin to tell you about the patience and kindness of the team at B.Bliss Spa! I'm only in town for a conference and I LOVE to check out spas when I travel. I booked an appointment the night before (super easy, and the website is thorough!), I perused the social channels (HILARIOUS), and was SO excited to go.

I messaged the B.Bliss team that things were running behind at the conference...and of course -- they sent a text back immediately!! They offered me so much grace and patience and even rescheduled for the same day.... OK, anyone reading this -- don't judge me, I somehow changed the time settings on my calendar and realized I totally screwed up again! Once more, the team was polite and empathic to me being a mess, I HAPPILY paid a small cancellation fee. I promise I'll figure out a reason to come back to Indy -- just so I can get to this spa. If they are this awesome before I walk in the door, I KNOW I'm going to have a magical spa day!

My massage with Amber at B Bliss Spa was the best massage I've ever gotten in my life. Amber is a uniquely empathetic massage therapist. I've had pain in my left shoulder for the last two years, and Amber wisely noted that it was not only the physical body, but also the energetic/emotional body that needed healing. Furthermore, have any of you ever had a massage on a Utopia table? Amber designed it herself, and it lives up to the name- you won't find a table like this anywhere else. This table is part waterbed, part massage/vibrating table, and all around magic.

The B Bliss Space is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The walls are warm, earthy tones. There is water and coffee available, and the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable.

In all the chaos of the last couple of years, to find a place that feels like home is truly a blessing.

My husband and I were visiting from
Out of town for the final four! We decided to get a massage while we were in town. We came across this place. Reasonably priced massages so we gave it a try. Amber was our masseuse and she had an amazing touch with perfect pressure. We both left feeling super relaxed and wishing she was in California. The spa is clean, nice and comfy! I'm when we're back in Indy, we'll definitely come back!

Hands down the best, and most thorough, massage I've had! I booked last minute, on a work trip, my neck has been killing me, and I scheduled a 90 minute with Angela- my only complaint, it went too quickly! She was relentless in addressing the problem area, and so thorough otherwise. Super kind in confirming I was doing okay- because let's face it- she had to work on me! Customer service was fantastic from phone call through departure. I'll be back anytime I'm in town!

Very amazing experience and very relaxing! Definitely would recommend for couples. My husband and I had a great time
