BABY Nail Bar - Miami

Great place to get your nails done. Do a great job and my nails last 3/4 weeks with dip ! I do my hands with Dac and my feet with Roxy ! Always listens to your concerns, does dip thin. Roxy uses clean tools and is very sanitary, sooo important. Started doing my nails here when I went to FIU, it's been 6 years since I've been going. Takes me 30 minutes to arrive but worth it.

Nail tech "Danny" put a nail on crooked and when I proceed to point it out, he had the AUDACITY to tell me it was because my natural nail was like that. On top of that, my nails were put so horribly it looks like my natural nails are growing out for a whole week there's a huge gap. Tacky chunky ugly nails made me cry. Then proceeded to charge $75 for apres.... Stay away from this guy and this place I've never been more sad and disappointed I wanna rip them off

I've been here a few times due to its proximity to FIU. It's a little on the pricey side if you want to do designs. if you get one of the good techs, you get what you pay for. They do a really good job and have good attention to detail. However, it can be hit or miss sometimes.

I've learned to do my nails myself to save money but like to splurge for my birthday. I ended up doing an acrylic set with a yellow French tip. The back started lifting within two days of me getting them done and just looked dirty (see picture). The French tip was not very neat and overall, I just wasn't very happy with my nails.

I will say, all the techs I've met have been very nice and the place is always clean.

I went today to do my nails.. just no.. the woman that was doing my feet was very nice but she took an HOUR AND A HALF! Never in my damn life has it taken that long and she cut me not once but FOUR times like come on now. She was nice but I would never go back. It was my first time. You would think it would get better when they did my hands but hell no. The guy that came to do my hands didn't even bother to ask me what I was going to do. He just did the dip in whatever color was on the table. SIR! I wanted designs on my nails. Idc how expensive it is.. oh well! I left with regular nails and called it a day. I didn't feel like arguing today. I just won't go back again. Good luck if you do!

I got my nails done yesterday with John. unfortunately they ended up not looking the way I had wanted or how I originally described. The chrome he thought would look like the picture I brought in didn't match. He offered to take the gel and chrome off right then but I was in a hurry and need something to be done quickly! In a hurry we tried a lighter color of chrome but by then it was too far from what I originally had shown him... and was now thick.

Knowing I had to be somewhere John told me to come back tomorrow and he'd fix it no charge. Also, to my surprise... when I went to pay I realized he didn't even charge me the extra $15 it cost for the chrome.

When I showed up today he was happy to see me and like he had said my nails were free of charge! My nails turned out amazing and B.A.B.Y. has a new customer!! I'll be driving here from midtown area from now on.

Johns INTEGRITY and SERVICE to his customers is very rare especially in the nail business. I ended up with a lighter color but the chrome I originally wanted and he did not mind the changes!!

So grateful I found this place!!

Today was my first time at BABY Nail Bar. I got my nails done with Chloe and she did such a great job! I especially liked how she shaped my nails. I will definitely be returning to her

if you come here ask for jennifer!!!! i usually have a bad experience when i come here but she did amazing on my pedicure. i'm a server so my toes really take a beating between each pedicure. she did an amazing makeover on them and did pretty well on recreating the acrylic nail design i came in wanting. i think it looks pretty similar besides the base color i would've wanted a little lighter, but besides that i like to come here because it's conveniently located only 2 minutes away from my house so now i know who to ask for when i go!! (i asked for no rhinestones)

Service was fast but very low quality, nail artist was extremely rude because he didn't know how to do what I was asking

I don't want rate this spot at all, but it's a requirement in order post this. I got there and it wasn't busy, super cool. I was seated with Tony, incredibly sweet guy. Amazing pedicure experience. What sucked? The manicure. I didn't realize until I had walked to a neighboring store to buy something that three of my fingers were nicked and cut. Accidents happen, I get it, but just don't expect a refund of any kind. I was offered to go back to have the nail polish corrected. I didn't find that to be an appropriate resolution being that I do not want acetone near the open cuts. I noticed that the tools used were only sterilized with alcohol, which becomes more significant now when I am asked to return so they can "fix it." No thanks. For $135 (not including tip) I could have gone to an actual spa. I sincerely hope that I don't get an infection from this experience. My advise to anyone reading this: take your money, time, and business somewhere else that takes guest relations seriously. Miami is full of nail salons, my mistake for choosing proximity and being suckered in for the "volcano spa pedicure." That was the biggest reason I opted for spending money and I didn't care about the price. Now in anticipation of the generic response that they provide all of their unhappy customers with, no, I will not give you guys another chance in the future.
