The quality is just like the pictures on their website. Special thanks to Ivana for all her help.

We had a front door installed and, subsequently, a custom staircase railing. While beautiful, the lock on the front door has failed multiple times. To the vendor's credit, they promptly replaced the door hardware each time. The question is: why am I paying a premium (relative to off-shore pricing) for sub-par workmanship. This company appears sympathetic and will address your problems repeatedly but ask yourself, why would I pay a premium price only to have to call the company constantly for repairs which should not have been necessary in the first place. Just go elsewhere....
