Bamboo Nails

Beautiful nail salon,, very clean, however -this is the second time I have made a nail appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to an hour.
What is the point of making an appointment if this is going to happen? Completely unacceptable

Made an appointment for 5 pm they start my nails 5:30 then walk away to help someone else still sitting here at 5:49 waiting for my nails to be completed. Awful service.

NEVER AGAIN!!! My experience here was horrible. I did give them 3 chances before I decided to post a review, just in case they redeemed themselves, but it's a definite NO for me. We called ahead of time to make an appointment and we were told there was no wait and to come now (we were parked outside). Once w got inside, we ended waiting almost 20 minutes. We got sat in the pedicure chairs (without water or anything) and waited again. Finally, someone came to run out water, but it was lukewarm, they didn't activate the spa bubbles, and again...... we waited. I took my feet out of the water, because by this time it was cold, and started putting my shoes on. That's when the guy came over to help. The rest of my appointment just went downhill. They couldn't get anything right and tried to charge me an extra $17 (gel) instead of $8 (basic) for regular polish. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend!

Get manis and pedis all the time with my daughter!!! They last soooo long, spa pedi with the lavender is so great, relaxing and always fit us in

Here for state fair and not normally around, walked in and seated right away with a nice young man who tried to make small talk- we talked about food. The basic ($35) included lotion, oil, good massage, hot stone, hot towel. Did a good job on cuticles and buffing. Best nail painting I've had in awhile. He asked if I wanted a drink but forgot the water. I was enjoying my conversation so much I forgot until I just left. If that's the worst I had to say not bad at all. And I'm a Karen!

I came here because my nail lady was busy. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I sat down with a guy that didn't speak to me the whole time. He cut every single one of my fingers and painted over the blood. My nails looked horrible but I am never the one to complain. The next day my fingers were infected so I went back. All they did was say I was fine and took my nails off. They painted over them with gel and gave me a credit. Not coming back!

I visited this space from a suggestion of a family member. I am extremely picky about where I receive pedicures and manicures. They do really well with both. I receive the dip on my nail instead of gel and acrylic, and I love it! Best decision I could've ever made.

I think this place gets it right.
They have appointments, so the likelihood of you staying longer than you want to be is less. But there are still a bit of a wait on Saturdays and Sundays.
The staff there is extremely nice and I look forward to coming back instead of dreading it.

If I had to complain abound anything. I would definitely say the wait.

So gorg!!! Total confidence booster and the team here was so incredibly sweet and kind. I LOVE my nails! really wonderful sweet employees here I would recommend it to anyone. My first time getting acrylic nails and they are stunning and everything I dreamed of.

I am giving them 3 stars for the following Pros AND Cons:

Pros-
The people working there were really nice, willing to do/change what I asked. Paid super close attention to how my nails looked. Also amazing prices for pretty good quality nails. I got acrylics for 30 bucks which is awesome (plus students get a 10% discount on tuesdays). I'm pleased with my nails.

Cons-
The place itself, though cute, was not clean at all. They did my nails on a used dirty towel, there were leftover cotton balls from previous client on my table, the chairs were basically falling apart and squeaky, they didn't clean or sterilize any of the utensils which was mega gross. The entire workspace was dusty and had leftover crap from other clients.

Overall, I would go back because my nails look great, but sanitation and cleanliness was not their strong suit.

Horrible horrible service! I dropped my daughter off to get acrylic nails which shouldn't be much to begin with $35 for a full set design $5 got 4 nails with designs should have been $55 to $60! Nope $85 that was $85 with a "10% discount" this nail salon is a scam I can't drop my daughter off because they up the price give her dirty looks and tell her she can't get a design if she doesn't do dipped powder! Ridiculous Never Again! I will find a better place with set prices not a scam shop!
