We will not advise a client to file bankruptcy if we feel it is not the best option.

Mr Zuckerberg was able to assist me with a Chapter 13. This allowed me to keep my car ( car payments rebuild your credit ) and to feel in control of my finances again. There is no shame in bankruptcy. His law office is kind and courteous... kept me up to date on what I needed to do. Any questions were answered promptly by a call or an email.

I have just received my chapter 13 discharge that I filed through Mark's office. What a relief and a nice job Mark did for me.
Actually, this is the second time that I've used Mark for legal matters, and both times I was very satisfied!
I appreciate his work, dedication, fair fees, and attention to details.
Keep up the good work, I hope I never need you again, but if I do, you'll be the one I go too!

I had a consult on a complicated matter with Mr Zuckerberg regarding a Real Estate transaction and found him to be fair and detailed in his response.
His fee for the work was fair and within the guidelines of the Indianapolis market
