Barrio Muffler Shop Brakes and Smog

Went in for an oil change. And to reset the computer because the check engine light kept coming on. The crew did a super job with synthetic oil. They reset the check engine light as well and I was in and out in no time. They had the oil filter in stock. Super fast and knowledgeable. Spent less money than expected. I'll be coming back again.

Went in and met with the owner Jorge. He went through all of my options regarding Mufflers and New Tips. He did exactly what he said he would do for exactly what he estimated the job at. From the Headers to The Tips the work looks excellent.

If I could give it no star I would, I would like my money back, it's sumday so I can't call, I came into the shop on Friday, just too do a resonator delete, already had my muffler chopped off, well they told me 80 bucks at first, so I have a bmw and there's two pipes and they said they can just down pipe it I said okay no problem, 25 minutes of work and not welded on right the exaust leaks you can hear it very annoying, and 25 minutes of work for 120$, too not even do the job right, I took it too a place on Saturday, and they said this place charged you 120$ for a horrible weld job and 25 min of work should've been 60$ but now you should get all your money back, I am very dissatisfied with there work and there price monday im going too be going too there shop and getting my money back

Installed a Flowmaster Super 44 on my 2013 Avalanche with a 3" to Dual 2.5" out dual axle dump with hidden tips. Decided to try something different from the standard turn down. Checked out a few places and their prices were most reasonable based off online and in person estimates and comparisons. The crew knocked out the exhaust in 30 min and I was on my way with a much more aggressive sounding truck. Flexible crew that will make whatever you want happen.

Had a friend of mine do my straight pipe and he did a terrible job. Came here and they took care of it right away professionally definitely 5 star service

I called Jorge to ask him if he could replace a catalytic converter for a 2007 Mitsubishi. He told me he could, he would check to see if he has the cat I need when I got there, and he'd give me a free estimate. I drove all the way from North County to downtown San Diego. Jorge wasn't there. His coworker immediately told me they don't have the cat I need by looking in the computer I think. I was very angry. Jorge could have told me on the phone already he didn't have what I need and why wasn't he there when he said he would be? Unreliable and unprofessional!!!!

Went in to get a muffler delete they did a great job and gave me a good price my car sounds much better , had me in and out in 30 mins definitely recommend going here very professional

Used this location to rent a Uhaul and they took a copy of my debit card and charged me at my drop off as usual. A month later they charged my card again for a higher amount. I reported it as fraud. Super shady. Will definitely not go here.

They told me my truck had a manifold leak and it came out that they didn't welded my Cadillac converter right it was leaking don't recommend
