I wouldn't even let this company in to your house. The contractor Jeff is extremely rude and called upon arriving to give me an estimate and basically yelled at me because he could not find the unit. That is not how you talk to customers. When I told him he was being rude he blamed "being frustrated" and when I said that's not how to talk to a customer that you expect to give you business he just complained and repeated his frustration on the location of the unit. I told him there was no was I was letting someone with an attitude like that into my house. And when Johnathan from the company called and asked the address and I told him the situation he said "ok goodbye and hung up while I was still talking" and then called me back after he realized he messed up.

I would never let a company like this into my house for my safety and the safety of my family.

Of course I wanted something fast, cheap and looks good well I got two 1/2 out of three. It took the two guys most of the day but when they left other then the awesome looking bath/shower I just had put in. No trash no extra charges and best yet no yelling about how bad the last job was. So I already told you how nice it look my half is the price. Although it was high for what I got it was a bargain. Thanks so much for the hard work and how beautiful my bath room looks

We are so happy with our new remodeled shower for our vacation rental. The entire process was stress-free... super easy... and quick. The sales rep was very polite and friendly.... He helped with answering any questions we had during the design process. We had our shower upgraded in our vacation rental... and were worried about the time frame of the project. They assured us it would only take two days, which was great because it was during our busy season in Big Bear. They were done with the whole upgrade in ONE day!!! Before reaching out to Bath Planet we looked into trying to remodel our shower with other companies, including Home Depot. We called Bath Planet and within two days they were coming to our house to start the process..... it took every other company (Home Depot) just two weeks to even call us back to try to schedule a consultation. Working with Bath Planet was wonderful and we will definitely have them come back to remodel our second bathroom!!! They did an excellent job and they really take pride in their work.... and making sure their customers are happy with the finished product!! VERY IMPRESSED!!

We live in an older mobile home and the master bath shower looked like it belonged in a motor home. I hired Bath Planet, they did a great job, very happy with the result. We now have a large walk-in shower with a rain & traditional head. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is my disabled husband doesn't feel like the bench installed is secure, so we have to use a separate shower bench for him. Otherwise, great work, great workers, love the final result.

We are throughly pleased with the new look of our guest restroom! We've lived in our home 26 years and needed to have the front guest restroom updated for sometime now. I had three companies trying for our business and Bath Planet of Orange County stood out because the representative Edwin they sent out. He was outstanding, listened to all my concerns and keep it all 100% with me in regards to cost, work, labor, warranty, etc. Edwin made us feel so comfortable. He explained that Carlos was going come by double check all measurements an he did do exactly that. Carlos is friendly, and to my surprise he got to come an actually do the job. Well to say the least my bathroom is so beautiful!!!! Edwin and Carlos thank you for your hard work and outstanding customer service giving that extra measure of care. Thank all of you for your cleaning up of all materials and for treating my home as if it was yours. These gentleman do great work and should be applauded for their great work ethics! Bath Planet installed our bathtub a few months back. I like to wait a few months before I make my review just to make sure there are no issues. In this case, there were no problem at all. From sales, installation and financing. Everything went very super smoothly. Thank you Jeff, Edwin and Carlos. Everyone was courteous, friendly and polite. We enjoy using our bathtub everyday. Thank you Bath Planet. Great team!

My Mom didn't feel safe getting in and out of the standard tub and shower next to our bedrooms after suffering a bad car accident. Bath Planet completed the job in one day, and it looks fantastic. The shower now only has a 4 inch rise to step over upon entry, a bench seat at the perfect height, and grab bars positioned perfectly. My Mom has been thrilled at the outcome and feels very secure using the new configuration. A seamless and friendly sales process with Jeff, great job to the installers - Chris and Carlos, and a nod to the hands on attention of Edwin's personal touch. Edwin came back out personally to install a shower slide rail bar for the handheld unit to make the experience even easier for my Mom when we realized we forgot to point that out in the install process.

I have no words to even describe the service I received from Bath Planet. Disappointed and angry is all I can say. Of course getting the business the customer service was really good. Edwin came out and measured for my tub enclosure on 1/5/22. The order was placed by 1/10/22 and contract was signed. Edwin assured me everything is complete and all is well. He took complete measurements with drawings. The installers came on 3/21/22 to install the enclosure. They came up to my unit and said the enclosure WILL NOT FIT. There is no way they can make it work. They called the owner and said I will be receiving a call from him shortly for a refund. I didn't hear from anyone. I kept on texting the salesperson Edwin and he said he didn't know anything about the issue. On 3/24/22 Edwin finally assured me the refund was issued. I waited until 3/28/22 and no refund was received so I called my bank to file a dispute on the charge and they issued me a new credit card. The bank said if the merchant issues a refund on the old card it will automatically transfer to the new card. On 4/1/22 I finally received a call from the owner Edwin Sr. This is the first call I have received from anyone regarding the mistake...11 days after the installers came out. Edwin Sr. claimed he had trouble refunding the money to me on 4/1. I asked him to contact the bank to help him with the refund. Nothing was done. Visa had to get involved and 2-1/2 months later I finally received my money. I am disgusted at how Bath Planet runs their business. In the end no apologies was ever made for their mistake. They don't even have the ability to make a tub enclosure to fit my bath tub. Shouldn't the salesperson have known that? If you're going to hire them for a remodel I would make sure they understand the scope of work. I would give them a negative five star if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I set a 2 PM appointment and told Bath Planet I had a doctor's tele-health visit scheduled at 3 PM, so I had to be done by then. They assured me this would not be a problem. I called Bath Planet at 2:07 PM stating I had not heard anything from the technician. At 2:15 PM I received a call and after saying hello several times without a response, I hung up. Then, a minute later I received a call saying " I just drove an hour and a half here and I need you to help me out!" since they could not find my address. Mind you, I had another bath remodeling company come earlier in the day with ZERO issues. I told him my gate code, where to turn in, and 10 minutes later received yet another call saying they were in front of a place I NEVER heard of, and then they asked me if I lived at the complex next door. I reiterated that if they put my address in google, they would be directed straight to my door. The technician said "Well, then we aren't a good fit then." I have NEVER had such poor customer service. In my two years at my condo, I have never had anyone not be able to find my place from doing google directions. The attitude of the technician was disgusting to say the least, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ny the way, it is now 2:43 PM and I have not heard anything since 2:29 PM, when the technician said we weren't a good fit. They get you thinking they are a good company by writing "have a blessed day" on all of the messages they send you, and then this! This experience was NOT a blessed one to say the least. BUYER BEWARE.

I don't normally do reviews, but these guys did a great job. From start to finish. I'm happy with what they did. I had to have them tear out the Home Depot fiberglass shower , the quality was poor. I only had that one for about six months. This new acrylic shower looks good and feels good.
