They could not program my key fob. Gave me a run around for a week, then when I went back, still could not do it. He said he would call me back, never did. He was rude and not helpful at all. Then I tried to buy a battery and he he was going to charge me twice the price elsewhere. Got angry when I told him it was cheaper elsewhere. Do not go here. Only want your money. He also said I would be charged even if the key fob didn't work after he did it. If it didn't work, why would he charge me?

There are not enough positive words to describe how pleased I am with all the help I received from Chris McDowell and Luke Hall at the Richmond store. I was so stressed out in finding the right garage door opener locally and not having to order online, and these guys helped my tremendously. They never got annoyed with me, or impatient with me. They also had the battery I needed. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. If you need a battery, any kind of battery, this is the place to go. They have great products and the staff is so courteous and helpful. I want to start by saying we drove an hour to get to Batteries Unlimited in Richmond, KY with a PowerWheels truck and 5 year old little boy in tow. He was so excited to be getting replacement wheels put on his truck as he had wore them down to the rim. The 2 men were so kind as my little guy took charge and asked for the wheels for his "Blue Ford truck" They got the truck out of our vehicle, and put on the replacement wheels so quickly. They even diagnosed and fixed a problem we were having with the steering wheel. They loaded the truck into our vehicle and told us there wouldn't be any charge because the wheels were extra wheels they had, that had been barely used. I'm so grateful to them, they truly made mine and my sons day! Thanks again!
