Julian is fantastic. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable. He knows he's fitness machines. Don't go looking anywhere else. His rate is reasonable. The key is he explains it all to you plain and simple and how you can maintain it to prevent damage overtime. I highly recommend his services. Will definitely has him again for our yearly service.

I heard about Julian's work through NextDoor. I was getting a new elliptical (Sole E25) and knew this model was complicated to put together. I did not want to muck around putting it together myself, because the machine had a warranty I wanted to preserve.
I reached out to Julian to see if he assembled cardio equipment. He said yes. I was able to book an appointment in a few days, and he arrived on time to the appointment.
He spent a good amount putting the elliptical together, and it was done perfectly! I will definitely use him in the future, if I have issues with my cardio equipment!

Julian is a very thorough technician. He has worked on Treadmills for many years. What makes him exceptional is his style and manner. He is both kind and competent. My two favorite words. I feared my treadmill was dead. It shorted out twice. He came to my home "early" and spent over an hour running a complete maintenance and diagnostic test. After he did a thorough cleaning he actually walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes which I thought was fabulous. A test run is always preferred and rarely done, even when you have your car serviced for a much bigger final bill.
Julian's prices are very reasonable and saved me lots and lots of money because a dishonest technician could have convinced me I needed a new Treadmill. YIKES!

It isn't too often you get excited to write a review but I was for this one. We have a NordicTrack 2500 and Precor EFX 576i and our treadmill wasn't working. He worked with me over the phone to determine a preliminary diagnosis but an in-person visit was necessary. Turns out we had a bad circuit board and it needed to be replaced (which he brought and replaced same day). He also tuned up both machines and gave me tips on maintenance to limit future problems.

Julian runs a great business. He's responsive, prompt, honest and hard working. Everything you'd want. I was glad to hire him.

My 10+ year old treadmill went kaput. After seeing the great reviews for Bay Area Treadmill Services, I sent a request for services. I received a response in a timely manner and they were able to accommodate the date and time I was available. Julian arrived on-time and not only was able to fix my machine and lubricate the belt, he educated me on the treadmill. He made sure to move the treadmill back to the exact location he found it.

If the treadmill goes out again, it will likely be more effective to replace it. Julian told me to call him and he would help advise.

Service is hard to find these days. I sincerely appreciate when companies do what they say they will and pride themselves on going above and beyond.

Julian drove all the way to Morgan Hill to help me with my brand new treadmill. Turns out that nothing was wrong with it but he gave me excellent tips to keep the treadmill working and operating. He did offer to FaceTime with me before he made the trip out to save me from paying him. While I should have took him up in the offer, I'm glad he came out and gave me some really good recommendations.

This was second time I have used Bay Area Treadmill Service. The first time was five years ago was for the assembly of a NordicTrak 1570. Julian was very efficient putting it together. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Very friendly to be around. My second experience was a relocation to the garage. Julian was very accommodating. Normally closed on Saturday, he was able to support my schedule and even performed this work on a Saturday. On top of all this, it was a last minute request - upcoming remodeling project. Once in the garage, he performed a system's check/maintenance tasks. With the treadmill out of the way, work can begin on Monday. For all things treadmill give Julian a call.

Julian is awesome! He was able to come out to my house within a few days and repair my walking treadmill in my home office. He showed up on time and was able to fix my treadmill super quick. He also gave me some pointers for how to maintain my treadmill so it lasts a long time. Highly recommended!

Julian was just superb. He thoroughly cleaned and lubed my dust-encrusted treadmill which had just suffered through recent remodel work, and at a very reasonable cost, all the while taking considerable time to answer my questions and tutor me on how to perform maintenance chores myself going forward. And all this was after putting up with my telephone connectivity woes in locating my obscurely located house. Highly recommended!

Had my old home treadmill examined for a strange sound, and serviced by Julian today. He was early for the appointment, professional and polite. He fixed the sound that had developed recently, lubricated and cleaned the parts, and gave me tips on how to maintain the treadmill. He actually serviced the treadmill a few years ago and still remembered details from the previous visit. Highly recommend him.
