I've been taking my college car here after switching from a previous, unfriendly mechanic. Once you go to Bac Tony, you never go back.

He answers all my questions and gives his expertise. His pricing may be a bit more but I rather pay it than deal with other mechanics I dont trust.

I even do my maintenance schduled with my new car instead of going to the TWO FACED, EXPENSIVE-ASS, RUDE AS HELL dealerships.

I went to change my driving belt and flush the brake fluid. They called back saying that yes belt is fine and a replacement wasn't needed. I really appreciated their honesty and will definitely go back!

I have been a customer of Bayshore Automotive for many years. I have always had a good and fair experience there. Most importantly, I trust Tony. He has always been forthcoming and provided options for me. I highly recommend Bayshore Automotive!

We went in for brake pad replacement and to replace one bad rotor on the rear axle. They quoted us at $1150 and said they had to replace all four rotors or else there's no warranty. We needed the car quick and agreed but learned afterward that only the rotors on the rear axle needed to be replaced as a set, not all 4. They do good work but be weary they might upsell you.

Had to get my wife's car smog-checked and wanted to take it to a test-only location. Joven already had a line of customers at 9:30 on a Saturday morning, but he told me I'd be in and out in under half an hour, and he was right. I like a guy who values his customers' time.

I have been going here for 20 years, the owner is knowledgeable, honest and credible. I have asked for some services that weren't actually required once they got into their inspection I would get a phone call from Tony telling me "That's not the problem, we're leaving it alone" HONEST! Other shops would have taken my $ and said nothing. You get what you pay for, which includes the very experienced owner and a job done right. I hope to be bringing my business here for years to come.

They uncharged 160 for inspections and try to tack on more things to get replaced. The work they did was correct, but they didn't fix my cars problem and did not follow up on the fact my check engine light was still on.

Called late in the day and they said they could take me in right before closing. Super friendly, really fast service, they even have an option to get stickers right there for a small fee. If you need your tags ASAP this is the place to go! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Really frustrated, and upset with this place. Today I took my car to Volkswagen dealership because my car randomly shut off on me while I was driving. VW asked me when was the last time I changed the oil which was about 2 weeks ago at Bayshore auto, and Volkswagen told me that the oil was very low, and no leak so it was weird that there was no oil when I had literally just gotten an oil change not long ago. So I got scammed by Bayshore Automotive AND charged more than what other places charge, they charged me $95 for synthetic. I usually pay $70-$80 for synthetic. But the reason why I took it to this place was because I was in a hurry and this place is walking distance from my home. But I will never come back after this. Very frustrating
