I went to see Dr. Rich for a Botox treatment. While the staff was friendly, Dr. Rich was cold, and her tone was condescending. She kept commenting on how I had "a small forehead" (said multiple times and in an insulting manner) and "wouldn't need too much Botox" so I would "save money when going to a doctor who charged by unit" instead of section as they do here. First red flag. I should've left her office then. You should never deal with a plastic surgeon who makes you uncomfortable/shames you for your features.

After she administered the treatment, I asked how many units she used to know for future reference. The other staff member in the room replied 25, and Dr. Rich gave her a look and said, "no, it was 35." I would like to know how she used such a high dose on such "a small forehead" when it was a "preventative treatment," according to her. I was also only treated for horizontal forehead lines, not the full section (11 lines, crows feet, etc.). That was the second red flag, but too late; I had already had the procedure done.

As I left, they said I would see the full results a week after the treatment. Nine days later and there is a noticeable difference. I now see how she used so many units. She over injected. Dr. Rich caused one of my eyebrows to drop. When I called to tell them about the issue (something that I have not experienced before), they said to wait two weeks for full results. I told them it was noticeable, and I have photos that show it. They asked that I text them pictures, and once they saw, they acknowledged the difference but said it would wear off eventually, and there's nothing they can do. Their response shows they do not care about their patients at all. Only when I told them I would be leaving this review did they have Blanca call me and say they can offer a free touch up once the two weeks are up.

Two weeks came, and no call. I had to call them. They asked that I come in since I hadn't seen any change. I drove there only to be told again that there is no solution. I have to wait for it to wear off. The only thing they can do is inject more Botox into my right side so that eyebrow droops over my eye as well, which would further cause my eyebrows to continue to be uneven since the Botox will wear off at different stages. What happened to me is caused by over injecting (basically confirmed by the staff member who met with me today as Dr. Rich couldn't be bothered to see me.)

Whatever you do, do not come here. They are only after your money and do not care about their quality of work. Dr. Rich is not to be trusted with injectables. I shudder to think about how she treats patients who come to her for surgery and the trauma they undergo if that is botched as well.

I chose Dr. Rich and Bayview plastic surgery To do my tummy tuck after interviewing three other doctors. I have 10 days postop at the time of this review. The care I received was wonderful the surgery went very well. Dr. Rich is a no nonsense doctor, she knows what she's doing and she doesn't mince words. Of course Dr. Rich will do whatever you feel you need, but she will not tell you just what you want to hear. She will tell you in her professional opinion what you need and what will look best on your body. Which is exactly what I wanted. Any questions you have are answered quickly, and the nursing staff and office staff are very kind and patient with those of us who are nervous about the procedure. Dr. Rich does her operations on site, Her operating room is certified and recovery room is also on site and well staffed. which is huge for those of us who don't want to go to a separate surgery center. It also gives you one on one attention. She only does surgeries on Thursdays so when you are there -- you are it. This is one of the biggest reasons I chose a Bayview Plastic Surgery another big difference with Dr. Rich is she wants to see you almost every other day after surgery where as other doctors want to see you day after and then make you wait a week before coming back. I like the extra attention

Dr. Rich and her team of wonderful staff members are excellent. Dr. Rich is honest and straightforward. She did a great job with my tummy and I really love the results.

It is nice that everything from start to finish is housed under one roof. The staff makes you feel like family, alleviating any anxiety or nervousness that I felt going in. I am really glad I had this procedure and will gladly go back to Dr. Rich and her team for anything else cosmetic.

My wife has wanted some plastic surgery for quite a while. It was more of a symmetry thing than a size increase(although some was required). She felt DR. Rich listened to what she wanted and did not push for a larger size like other surgeons had. DR Rich and the Staff made us feel safe and comfortable and in the end my wife got exactly what she wanted and the results were so natural that you would never know. All in all I have to say this is the place to go for quality professional plastic surgery. My wife was scared of surgery before but now after this experience she is not and might even go back for more. I think the fact that the entire staff was female and all work was done at the office was a big plus as far as comfort goes.

Dr. Rich and her all female staff create a welcoming and comfortable environment. She takes the time to explain all components involved with the procedure so you can leave feeling confident in your decision.

I got my breast augmentation in 2011 & I have yet to have any problems. I will go back to her when I am ready for a replacement. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Rich and her staff are wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a highly educated and socially welcoming plastic surgery office.

Best experience I could have asked for. Procedure done on site, nicest staff, and BEST results. I recommend Dr Rich to all of my friends. Best of all, NO ONE believes me when I say my breasts are fake. Let that sink in.

Several years ago, my wife had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Rich. Afterward we thought everything was fine, but when the swelling went down, we noticed something poking out of the top of one of her breasts. My wife went back to Dr Rich for several follow up appointments, and Dr. Rich continued to tell her that we should wait until the next visit to see what happened. Dr. Rich continued to tell my wife that if it did not self correct, Dr. Rich would go back in and take care of it regardless of how much time went by. We specifically went back to reschedule the corrective surgery before the 6 months had passed, because that was the time limit for corrective actions in the contract that we had signed, but Dr. Rich asked us to give it until the next appointment before scheduling the appointment and that she would take care of everything if it did not correct itself. A couple of months later we went back for another follow up and asked to schedule the corrective surgery, and they gave us an estimate for approximately $4000 to have one breast corrected. She told us that this was because she had to pay the anesthesiologist again. This was almost as much as the original surgery had been.

Today, my wife went to her OB/GYN, who informed her that she has had several patients that have had similar problems with Dr. Rich. Because of this information, I decided to post this now. I hope that this review can help someone in the future. If you have had a surgery with Dr. Rich and it went badly, do not let her extend your corrective surgery past whatever date you have in your contract. It sounds like she does this a lot.

This was my third time around with my BA. I wanted to get it right this time. We found Dr. Rich through word of mouth and research. The office staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The doctor listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable with my final decision. My husband and I are pleased with the results.
