Wow was i am impressed with the fabulous performance done by My with my manicure and pedicure. She was attentive, but with precision. She was forthright and honest with me about what my previous nail tech was doing to my nails with fills and causing mold to grow underneath. I am so lucky to have walked in after getting my lashes done across the street at "amazing lash" to have been blessed by an angel to have her be available and save my nails. She works Miracles

Visiting from out of state and needed a nail repair. I was able to get a same day appointment. Peter and his staff were great. Lots of attention to detail.
I highly recommend this place. My pedicure was very relaxing and just what i needed!

OMG could not ask for a better experience! I called the day before and made reservations (pedicures and dip manicure), we were in and out in one hour! I had someone working on my toes and hands - it really sped up the entire process.

I did not catch their names - but we had three women who assisted us and they couldn't have been more pleasant. They were so sweet, kind, and hilarious!

Our feet feel AMAZING and they really took their time, my dip nails also look perfect! She went all the way to the sides of my nails and the dip is not super thick and "chunky."

I'm only in town to visit, but if we are in this area again we will definitely be back!

It was very nice! Clean place and fast service. Went with my daughter for pedi's. Walked in without an appt and was seated right away. Comfy massage chairs and great pedi's. Would recommend!

I have been coming to this salon for years and they are always so accommodating to me. The location is very convenient. The owners are personably and always remember my name. Very clean and very professional. I will definitely continue to get my nails done here. 5 stars

Owner is rude and inconsiderate disrespectful and a cheap bastard. My girlfriend went in for a full set manicure. The owner assigned a young woman named Jennifer who was pregnant. 10 mins after realizing it was a very expensive manicure, he went and took her from the Jennifer and decided to do it himself.( We've seen jennifers work and she is excellent at these types of jobs and manicures and has great results). Then the owner realized he can't do it and gave it to another woman. I know how these businesses run and know its commission and tips, So basically he stole the high pay job, because he wanted to be greedy and then realized he can't do it and gave it to someone else who still wasn't as good as Jenny. He is cheap, can't do long nails. Inconsiderate and even so disrespectful to steal from a pregnant woman for his own income. Then the job wasn't even as good as Jennifer has done. Cheap cheap cheap owner. Disgusting to treat his employees like that. They should sell this business to someone who cares about its employees and customers!!!!

Great if you want one color and something easy.
If you want different designs or base colors; forget it. They don't listen nor do they want to put any artistic time or effort in.
I would understand if they were just a beauty salon. It they SPECIALIZE in NAILS.
Designs/ colors/ styles should be something they pride them selves on.
I have sat hourrrrrs waiting for the right technician that I like. They have a few that are quiet and not as good. The one that is good (Sonny) is a jerk, has zero customer service skills, rushes, doesn't like when you ask for anything extra done . Even when it's paid for - not even asking for it for free.
My whole point is this is a NAiL salon / when asked to design or put different colors on; it shouldn't be a nuisance.
I was so upset I went next door to grab a beer bc I was in tears of my experience and disappointed of how Sonny treated me. The bartender next door said they will never go there either bc of her experience also.
Ps it was slow on a Tuesday also not even a busy day.
The pros: It's cute and clean in a nice shopping center. The owners are nice (Sam and Wife)

Will never go anywhere else my nails are always so cute. Not only are the owners wonderful people and take such care in their business, but they always make sure you leave completely happy! I love them

I've been several times and I've never had a bad experience. The techs do a great job. It's quiet and relaxing. And the prices are fair. I used a different salon a month ago because I was over in Park St. They offered wine, etc. They charged $10 more than Be Nail. I'll keep coming here.

I think I received a regular manicure, looks great and the eco pedicure which was very nice

So far I'd go again, I need to wait and see how long the manicure lasts
