Beleza Surgery

Update : Filler has balled up and caused a knot by my right eye. Very
swollen and painful.

My experience here was excellent. I did my research before deciding where to go for my Botox and filler and ended up choosing Beleza because of their extensively documented processes on their website as well as their very professional social media presence and high ratings on Yelp. They really did not disappoint.

Booking Process
They were super easy to get ahold of and worked with me and my packed schedule to get me an appointment. It had to be rescheduled on my behalf once and then I ended up calling again because my work schedule allowed for my original appointment time again and they were so understanding on the phone and let me take my original date/time.

Office
The office is well maintained and very clean and I was greeted warmly right away by Elena, after I filled out my paperwork I was greeted by Nancy.

Treatment
Nancy took me back and was very thorough during our consult. I am new to Botox/fillers and she has been in esthetics for 24 years so she had a ton of knowledge but what was even better was that she was that she responded to all my questions with care and kindness. I got filler in my cheeks and a bit in my undereye trough, Botox in my 11's and then a little Botox around the mouth. She explained every step of the way and made me feel very at ease even though I'm not a big fan of needles.

Overall my experience here was amazing and I will continue to return for more services with their lovely and knowledgable staff!

Nancy did an amazing job during my consultation and first time experiencing Botox! She provided a ton of knowledge and advice on how to maximize my results and feel my best. She was very patient and took her time. Super professional, kind and amazing energy. Thank you, Nancy. The front desk staff were also very nice and very professional! Can't wait to come back In January for my chemical peel!

Nancy is the literal best at lip fillers! I've been having her do my lips for a couple years now and she is so precise about where and how she injects! The lips never look 'overdone' but look great and full! Krystal is also amazing with laser treatment and cool sculpting, she makes sure you're comfortable and taken care of! The whole staff from front to the back is amazing!

Love the kind and professional staff. Hate that the doctor/owner does not feel his staff deserves tips. This is so wrong. Credit cards cannot have tips added.

Used to love this place and the staff. But since my last review they did away with lash tinting which I got nearly every six weeks at Beleza for many many years. Hard to
Imagine you would do that to long Time customers. I would understand if they did not take any new ones. Guess the doc that owns it did not make enough money off of this service. So when I get other med spa services I go elsewhere.

I used to like going to Beleza Round Rock, but recently have not had a great experience there. The quality of service and results have gone down over my past couple of visits. This week I took a day off from work to have a service done. When I got there, I was told to have a different service (a new one there that they're apparently trying to promote and sell). I agreed, but was told I'd have to schedule a new appointment on another day to get it. It was a total waste of my time and I was very frustrated, especially considering that since I've been going there for years, they knew me well enough to call me and let me know ahead of time if they wanted to recommend a different service. I spent the rest of my wasted day researching and finding a new provider. I already feel like I'm in better, more professional hands.

I was hesitant to schedule an appointment when I was informed Kathryn was no longer with the company. I read every single review and decided on Nancy. Boy, am I glad I Did! She is the sweetest and gave me the most beautiful results! This was my third time getting fillers and the 1st time I did Not experience bruising. Nancy is so light handed and her attention to detail is perfection!! Her hands are magic!

I recently experienced Micro-needling from the ever knowledgeable Nancy and I must say I am a BELIEVER! My skins never felt so soft and smooth. It was amazing! Not only did she make sure that I was completely comfortable throughout the process but she explained the benefits and established a continued treatment plan. I love the services Beleza has to offer and love the staff!

Krystal has provided excellent service which has kept me coming back. I have had hydrafacial, micropen with prp and dermaplaning. My skin has benefited and I am happy with the improvement! I am on a budget but I figured my aging skin needed help and it was worth it!

Nancy is my ROCK!! She is so professional and so knowledgeable! It's very hard to have full trust in someone that has the ability to completely alter your looks! I have complete faith in her and her and the dedication she has to all her patients!!
