Was waiting to post this review until we got our plates for the car. Did not want any retaliation from this dealer.
On 3/2/24 my son and I went in to see a car that Bell Mitzubishi had listed. Isaias (salesman) had been in contact with my son during the week. Funny how when they are trying to sell you a car, the phone calls and communication are non stop....until you purchase and have an issue. We went in on Saturday morning to view the car, a car that has been with this dealer since day 1. Yes, it was used. Had only 12K miles on it. We test drove it, and made a deal. Be careful when signing a deal with this dealer!! There are $3K additional costs that they automatically add in, don't tell you anbout , and tax you on them !! These additional costs are not needed and should have been explained upon signing. We did catch these and had them removed. It was pouring rain that day, so any damage to exterior on a black car was impossible to notice. The next day, less than 24 hours later, after the car dried, we noticed scuffs and paint chips. Nothing major, but something that should have been pointed out or corrected before listing this car for sale. If we did see the damage, we would have asked for a better deal or for it to be corrected before purchasing. Isaias knew about the damage and failed to reveal it to us. This was not a car that was traded in, or one that just came to their lot. This car was there from new. They say that they guarantee ALL their cars for 30 days, or 5 day return. LIES. We emailed Isaias and several other managers at Bell Mitsubishi asking if these scuffs and chips could be repaired by the dealer. Thats when communication went in the other direction. Silence !! No response at all. We then called on Monday, and were told that EVERYONE was in a meeting !! We sent numerous emails and texts. Left voicemails for Isaias and others. No response until 3/6/24. At that point we were basically told, you bought a used car, you looked at it, and its not our problem. If we wanted it corrected we could bring it back to the dealer and they would fix it at OUR cost!! They were not very nice at all. Very rude !!! Terrible customer service !!!! The service department's diagnosis was incorrect. My headlights weren't working, and they wanted to charge me $1,500 to replace the wiring. They were unwilling to honor my extended warranty, and it turned out to be a simple matter of replacing the light bulbs.
They are only interested in your money.

Was trying to work out a deal and get final numbers in place before going to dealership. We have 2 days a week off. We don't have hours and hours to spend at a dealership to walk out without purchasing. The salesperson Tiffene was very responsive and we could not have asked for better service from a salesperson. Unfortunately Tiffene could not provide the numbers to us as she said Bell Mitsubishi refused to allow that. That makes no sense and seems kind of dishonest. Every dealership I have spoken to has provided numbers so there was no waste of time except Bell. I do not understand why Tiffene's sales manager would refuse. How would they sell a vehicle to someone out of state that wanted to have car shipped to them? Would Bell refuse their business too?

My wife purchased a used Audi Q7 on November 15th 2023 from this dealership... This place has the classic "bait and switch" tactic on used vehicles where they will always try to add $6000 worth of dealer fees to all sales. I have never paid more than what a car was advertised as and this dealer is definitely in the game to try to get people in the door with low online prices that will never materialize. We told them that we would not pay the $6000 fees and we had a trade-in Audi A4 for the deal. They still ended up charging us an additional $2000 fees for the Q7 but they gave us $2000 more for our trade-in so we ended up getting our price any way. On the good side, the staff was friendly and the vehicles are of pretty high quality.

I purchased a car and was continuously pushed to buy the warranties which I declined. I put down a small deposit and came back with the remainder of the deposit. The finance manager changed the terms of my contract adding 15 months so I would pay for these warranties without explaining any of this of course. Worst dealership stay away no customer service and after you buy a car your history they don't care nor take pride in what they do stay away do yourself a favor if you don't want headaches and stress

Been with this dealership for 5 family cars and 1 Friend car. Sometimes we buy, sometimes we lease & this time we bought my husband a new 2024 Outlander but when my lease came due for the first time we bought this 4 year old Outlander. Memet & Tom Pasquale were fantastic: no pressure, listened to what we wanted and needed especially regarding pricing and financing. The deals at Bell Mistubishi are open, clear, accommodating and QUICKER than any other dealership we every worked with.
